Problem is...steroids.

Hmmmmm. I am sure his team could figure out a way to circumvent the issue...

All kinds of ways to circumvent it, but no guarantee that those ways will work. Look at the whole Greek oly lifting team in Beijing.

Bulgarian team, too.

Thanks. Looks promising for travel.

For home use, do you prefer the foam roller or the tiger tail, or is each tool superior to the other for certain areas?

I think the forum could do with some more emoticons. I do now know how hard it is to implement emoticons, but here are a few suggestions

As LBSS suggest in another thread, a high five emoticon would be awesome.

A headbang emoticon would rock, pun intended:

Here is a bunch of emoticons: http://comments.deviantart.com/emoticons

How does the tiger tail compare to the foam roller in terms of efficacy?

I see.

That dunk was huge.

How are you clean and pressing 125x5x5, yet only incline barbell pressing 125x5x5? Are you push pressing?

Good work man.

Willing to bet that if he decided to practice -- and avoided drug tests -- he could shoot for Rezazadeh's C&J record. He could definitely clean that 245 if he wanted, just based on how easily he was picking it up.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. That would be incredible.

I cannot comment on how well rated he is, but those were some sick dunks, for a fool of a Took, that is.

Look at the way he just throws around 539lbs, I suppose that's what happens when you can lift 1008lbs...

The lift is at ~3:00

I smoked some salvia before, it provided a very enlightening couple of hours for me.
This part only lasted ~10 minutes

wow dude lol! sick.. you remember anything from that experience? what was it like? what did you experience in that state?

peace

Well, my 2 brothers and I decided to do it one night. I went second, and man, I went to a different state of mind, I didn't know anything about my past/current self. I had a boxing glove on b/c my hand was healing from a fracture(I didn't want to hurt it while I was 'away'), and I went into the glove, like that became my earth, water and sky. Everything was cyclical, just kept repeating itself.  For me that represented my current life. Like you just keep repeating the same shit, day in and day out. When I came to, like 5-10 minutes later, I didn't know who I was. I kept repeating that I had just realized my existence. You just are.

That sounds crazy. Would you say it was a good or worthwhile experience?
