Just wondering, are you able to clear your elbow above the rim no lob or anything just plain running jump? Cuz that would look awesome. I bet you can anyways, just wanted to know.
thanks mang, nah definitely not.. elbow above rim for me would be 44+".. my head would have to be very close to rim to clear elbow over, which is gonna happen soon

That's crazy, did your vert increase? It looks like your getting really high! Is one of your goals head to the rim?

not sure if vert increased, my dunk vids have had lots of improvement though and really hard throwdowns so probably.. thing is, i havn't dunked on hard court in like ~3 weeks... i felt very solid on hard court compared to the 24hour fitness gym.. for example, when i lob the ball on hard court, it just rocket launches.. when i lob it in the 24 hour fitness, it is a flat bounce.. i feel i also get up higher outdoors cause of this.
so i dno, i'd imagine i would be 2-3" higher no joke, today, had i slept properly like i wanted.. going to have to wait until friday to see, dunking on a measured 9'11 rim so, we'll see how high im getting on that.. prediction is really huge jumps and possibly my best "stills" ever..
