if someone throws the ball at my face on purpose, i don't care how good you are, we're boxing.  it shows no skill at all b/c the defender is never expecting it so it works 100% of the time and gets you no where.  And how many pick up games do you run where a ref is involved.  it isn't just any pickup game, its a serious scrimmage but the players decided to give up and just watch gardner.

lack of humility will not get you far.  Imari sawyer and dwyane wade are examples.  In HS, Imari sawyer was ranked #1 at one point in IL and top 10 in the nation, and dwyane wade was unheard of.  Today no one knows who sawyer is, and wade is a world champion.  Sawyer was often criticized for his lack of work ethic and off court stuff

I don't like headpops either.
That said.

Where did it anything you posted thus far have anything to do the dude's work ethic?
posting a single video of a streetball move in a game noone is taking serious (clearly) does not justify your case for a lack of defence or work ethic one tiny bit.
Even if you'd make a mixtape of the dude being horrible on defense (which he probably isn't), I'd still like the guy for his offensive talents and creativity.
Highschool ball, great young gun, potential, sweet, period.

*confused*
why in the world would you hate on this kid?
We all know he's 5'7, dope handles and hops, he got serious game and he's still in HIGHSCHOOL.
Hasn't proven anything yet, he just shows some upside despite his height and people actually like that.

THAT'S ALL

He doesn't go on TV embarassing a whole state (live) and beat your fav team night in and out.
He's not on your team either(right?).

I don't give a rats ass if this guy doesn't play defense, I like watching his tapes, I'd rather be watching these tapes then watching no tapes at all from the guy just because he doesn't play D.
Also, posting footage from a pickup game where the dude is just having some fun is really not that convincing of an argument.

You're entire youtube barage is filled by Rick Ross clips and songs.  Is a coincidence that his name rhymes with Boss and that's why half his songs have it in there?  Also, who the hell still listens to Rick Ross.  Wasn't he quasi popular in like 06?

BTW, I love how this thread has shifted into a discussion of pop culture slang terms.  LOL, just sayin...

Sigh.

Sir, hate to be the one breaking it to you, but..
You need a sarcasm detector asap.

Gogetit!

Three Rules

#1 Mindset

READ

Keep in mind that this page is a small but powerfull tool; a tool to look forward and to reflect (w. some added peer pressure) and to basically help you create a map of where you want to go step by step.
You need a start and directions every now and then; if not you'll just swerve off of your track to succes

#2 Get Started

Step 1
Take some time to think of SMART goals.

    * S - Specific (or Significant).
    * M - Measurable (or Meaningful).
    * A - Attainable (or Action-Oriented).
    * R - Relevant (or Rewarding).
    * T - Time-bound (or Trackable).
(more tips on goals on this site)

Step 2
Post your
-current stats
-goals for 2011,
Look forward and check your general schedule for school/work/summer etc (when can you push, when do you maintain?) and  then slash em into
-monthly goals (6" gain = 0,5" jan, 0,5" gain feb)
Post up, I'll put them in the main post.
I will not put you into this post untill you posted up all three points.

Step 3.
Every first day of the month we'll evaluate and update whether or not we made our goals (and why) and update this post.

#3 Go Get it

I ADVISE EVERYONE MAKING THIS TOPIC THEIR STARTING PAGE
1. Adarq.org gets hits = andrews goal gets a step closer every time you start your browser  :highfive:
2. You keep getting confronted w. these goals every time you start off your internet journey (time that could be better spend 90% of the time).
3. You don't forget the monthly review which is vital

And keep in mind:

plans/goals/future?

The time to make it happen is Now.

vid editing crap all day, it's consuming my life, i didn't even like the vids i was making but whatever, the rendering process kills my comp and takes forever sheeeeeit.

planning to dunk indoors tmw, gona do it big.

peace

F. that.
You ain't makin these videos for US main, you're makin em for you, I advise you laying off the vid editing for a week or so now.
Ball hard, get one PR session on tape for 2010 and keep it at that, we don't need videos every day.
If there's anything we want/need is your progress and you ain't progressin as much if you spend hours on end, every day editing a new video.
 I think you're overestimating their value and should take a step back, put things in perspective, this ain't an obligation at all.
F. A dunk travel channel, F. a rant video, F. a f.jumpusa video, just  :ibsquatting: and   :ibjumping: :personal-record:
