Exam done! Covid a little more settled! Time to start logging again.
Meditation 1hr
Run 8.13km 4.49/km pace felt kinda heavy, did a 13k with a lot of hill 2 days ago though so probably under recovered.

Db curl 16kg 1 x 12
Lateral raise 7kg 1 x 15
Didn't have long and first gym session in 6weeks. Occasional push ups/chins seem to have maintained thinf
gs.
Planning 30m yoga later.
Working the next 2 days so probably no exercise other than the short commute.
