daily mobility work, tissue/release work and stretching for 40 secs to a min has worked for me
The high frequency is needed
There is a guy called Got Rom, check out his YT channel, lots of good stuff.
I fixed my right outer hip issues from a few years back with his info

nice thnx
once he starts demonstrating his flexibility in his intro vid, i get "jealous". will check out some of his other vids.
i've made some pretty crazy flexibility gains lately - but not enough. especially in my hamstrings/adductors, which have been problem areas for years.
my main goal right now (other than getting crazy lean), is to get very flexible - which i've never been.
today i've been stretching my right hamstring/adductor every time i go into the kitchen (by propping it up on the kitchen countertop and doing a relaxed/long hold). the right side is much more jacked up than my left, it has to be a major problem.
i'd like to get to full split level and stuff like that. other than maybe when i was 8 years old or younger, i've been very inflexible in my hamstrings/adductors/glutes. around that age i just tightened up, and that was it. been "stiff" ever since.
