Finally got back to work but the scale was missing, makes me think what do they do with it.

Date: yesterday

Condition: it was windy, but got sunny at the end  :uhhhfacepalm: I was feeling better, just a slight little feeling heavy chested.

Warm up
   same of high intensity work

Workout
4 x 30m - first run felt very fast because I hadn't run in a while, but the others felt normal, because they compare to the previous runs, but nevertheless a good run. sometimes the runs were uncontrollably (don't if its a word) fast not in form but in speed lol.

   1 x 60m - felt nice and fast

Also decided to run with the wind behind, as wind is not a factor, so it should not be thought of aiding in my speed.

Cool down
   same

Comment:
nice to be back, the little niggling heavy chested feeling im getting for coughing, even though I never coughed during this workout, just a little feeling is there, but other than that it was good session.

Also a few days before this I passed my driving test, after a few fails.
my mood that day described as:  :trolldance:

nice, you seemed have gotten the hang of the timing of the second dunk. Also the last jump almost face planted the backboard lol from this view. But the thing that is amazing is that you are jumping so high that you have to lower your head to avoid hitting the backboard.

good job

It's not a bore, we all wish everyone on here succeeds wether in his sport or in life and it's good to see its finally paying off. Good luck with the job. Have you planned out how you would juggle between your work and lifting.

What is going on, I knew it was tough to get the pac vs may fight to happen but to pull some strings in certain places would have this much consequences, shows how desperate these people were that they sidelines any consequences because of the promises they made of finders fee, helping with the meeting and all this, getting into contracts with so many people is bound to be dangerous.

Firstly, tyson fury has officially vacated his title all 3. Setting the wladimir klitschko vs anthony joshua fight, some people have said its already adone deal but both of the respective sides are waiting to hear BBBoC's decision about tyson fury's license after he admitted taking cocained, don't know why.
EDIT: BBoC have obviously suspended tyson fury's boxing license because of his cocaine usage.

Danny garcia has his own brand of ice cream, cherry flavour, motto 'I pick the best cherries' now I see why it's unpopular. lol ok sorry about the bad joke.
but in boxing terms danny garcia will officially fight samuel vargas for a non title fight in philadelphia in some randon university centre. This is worse then his fight against some rod salka guy. The WBC has stated the reason being that garcia's team has said that it was a tune up fight leading up to thurman. Garcia can do that but not on tv, let him do it in some boxing gym.

EDIT: It seems that the thurman vs garcia match has been signed for a date in march. That is a great match, i see garcia going down, but seriously how is vargas a tune up fight.

i was feeling a little bit better in the morning after taking paracetemol tablet. But later on my chest was feeling weezy and my throat was flemy as you hear that noise in your chest when you breath. sometimes I get the coughs, which I try to stop as I can tell its mucus/flem triggered.

So I was unsure to continue todays workout, high intensity with vest, so decided to postpone it for tomorrow.

1600
That reminds me of the 1200m timed run I had to do, it was difficult, my 'i quit voice' is always there, when I ran 400m, started a little fast and started slowing down due to being tired and approaching the 400m finish line my mind is telling me stop here, but for some reason I am just running past it and run 2 more laps even though I am dead I am somehow able to drag myself around the track ignoring the 'i quit voice'

1601
Light intensity workout, my throat was feeling better but was still a little sick based on the symptoms of congested chest, it feels like its full of something inside, some flem in the throat, feeling warm, some coughs from time to time.

It had rained so track was wet, but still need to focus on fixing the smooth transtion from start to sprinting without any delays in between like in my previous video.

Rating: 6/10

My throat was very sore today and my body temperature was high, so I had to cancel today's workout schedule, it was a light intensity workout routine and the weather has got cold. I would have been too weak to do much.

I see the PR's are coming nicely.

I agree that dragon flag is very difficult, I think I managed to do it but my bw was around under 60kg, I used to do it on the floor holding the underside of my bed lol, it is really difficult. But I can see you're making good progress towards it.

keep it up.

have you tried lancests line jump test when you stand behind a line and you close your eyes and jump straight up and depending on where you land relative to the line. you can tell if you are quad dominant or hamstring/hip dominant.

could it be possible that you are very quad dominant and you are weak in the hamstring and hip areas, which are connected to the glutes.

As doing glute activation work would wake up the glutes depending the activation exercise you chose, which is close to mimicking the jump.
just my 2 cents

I was thinking of getting new balance xc900 v2, if not then mach brooks 17 or saucony shay xc4

nice!!!! i'd make the shay's #2 on that list. well, they could be #1 or #2..

the shay's have an INSANE sole .. i mean it lasts a LONG time.. these things are tanks.. it takes a very long time for the rubber to wear down. The Xc900v2's wear down alot faster, but they are still amazing shoes - feel so good. You also won't be putting in TONS of volume in them soo.. they'd probably last longer for you.

in terms of money + longevity of the shoe, i'd go with shay's #1 .. then NB's #2, then mach's #3.

pc!!!

Ye, I agree im going to try and get saucony shays.
off to ebay to sell some shit  :P
