bw = 152
soreness = calves a little
aches/injuries = right knee tendonitis, right calve achy
sleep = 11 hours
diet = protein/water-drink + 2 ramen, 2*turkey-hotdogs on 1 slice bread each, workout#1{dunking + gatorade}, 3 eggs + tons of egg whites + 2 bread, workout#2{JR=6x400 SS free-half-squat=135x10,225x10,245x10,265x10,265x10,285x10 SS NGP=6x8}, protein/water-drink, whole tub cottage cheese, lots of stretching (much needed)
285 x 10 was brutal, legs were toast for tonight's squatting/jump rope.. shoulders too.. figured i'd just go for 285 x 10 though to make the workout worth while.. even 22
5 x 10 felt heavy hah...
tomorrow should be good though i bet... though i might deload 1 day from squatting and hit my hypers/sl calve raises etc, just to refresh a bit.. hoping to dunk tomorrow
again.
