bw = 152
aches/injuries = left glute strain
diet = protein/water, protein/water, chicken & steak fajitas, workout{JR=7x1000}, protein/water, 2*protein/water + ensure-like drink

7x1000 jump rope was good, 1st/3rd/4th sets were good, pretty much non stop rope turns.. 2nd set was tough, cramped up bad.. glad i got it to go away though..

hopefully glute is alot better tomorrow so i can dunk/squat

dno, kind of risky.. the fluid should naturally subside, but the cause of the fluid is the real issue, so continually draining it - everyday - risks infection and pulls out protective synovial fluid.. what have doctors said about it etc? what do you think is causing it? it's just jumping/sprinting which really aggravates it?

i like lying down PNF hamstring rope stretches, can't do them though koz of my ham tendon injury... so i just do standing hamstring stretches, propping my leg up onto something.. and adductor stretches, kind of doing a split but alleviating bodyweight by leaning onto something.

We can like comments now? since when?

since today :D

just fixed it, seems to be working good now.. so ya, you can like individual posts.. i think its good, some posts need to be liked and shared on facebook for sure, alot of good ideas/posts/analysis/vids go unnoticed, this might help to spread things a bit more.

u "like it" ?

I was on at the exact moment that you put it on, but also had just signed on FB so i thought my computer was bugging out.

Like i was on my journal, hit refresh, and then bam, all the like buttons. wow.

haha..

i use facebook alot more now so, figured this might be cool.. we'll see, who knows, i like it though.

aches/injuries = ankles slightly, AFTER DUNKING: right knee tendonitis (think bike ride aggravated it again..)

Proper seat height as well as riding a bike that fits perfectly is essential.

Without respecting this, 'most' cyclist's will fuk up there knees every time.

You will need to go & do a custom bike fit at a bike shop to make certain. Don't keep riding, you will fuk yourself up.

yup i road with it for about 3 miles too low then fixed it.. i think that was all it took to spawn this issue.

Definitely interesting. I don't like the big gap between the button and the actual text. I think one line of space would be enough. Two at most.

ya ill modify that in a bit.. it's bugging me too
