Been working my way up too that 100kg mark for a VERY VERY long time now and finally hit it!

 :personal-record: :personal-record: :personal-record: YAY!!! Finally got that 100kg regular squat! I know its stuff all compared to most but it's such a milestone for me. Man, so excited I got it! Was a huuuuuge grind though, almost died. My mind was trying to psych me out when I unracked it, so I just stood there for ages with it on my back until I knew I wasn't going to pussy out lol, was shaking like shit on my way up and re-racking it, all good though  :D  That was 1.45x bodyweight, so close to 1.5x!!!

HUGE props man. Congrats.

kid is getting crazy good, he is really close to a 720 too.

ya it's insane that he can spin like that.. he's from canada, perhaps he did figure skating.. that's what it looks like when he goes up for that 720, like a damn figure skater going crazy.. looks diff than AUT's 720.. looks real sick.

cool man, they are alot of "work" (dogs) but if you're a dog person it's well worth it.. i can't recall seeing any border collies at the dog park yet, weird.

soreness = adductors/hamstrings slightly
aches/injuries = nothing, AFTER-DUNKING: legs feel so wrecked, veru restless feeling, lack of blood flow feeling
diet = cold shower, 4 eggs + egg whites + jalapeno + protein/water-drink+4tspn-coffee, DUNKING + gatorade, protein/water-drink, run with dog, lots of PB, 6 eggs + egg whites + 3 bread + olive oil, more PB, some stretching, leg drain, cold shower

got up real nice today, uploading a vid to adarqui youtube.. legs are so toast after that dunk session.. id like to do some more dunking tomorrow, so i can squat at night, then rest all of monday.. i like the 2 days on 1 day off rotation, with day1=jump+squat,day2=jump,day3=rest,day4=repeat

making a rap video soon, should be funny.
