I was thinking how come my bench is reasonably good compared to my running after my 2 year exodus. Than I started thinking and realised that I was benching around 120kg at 80kg before. Therefore, if I was still benching 1.5x my bodyweight I should be benching around 135kg now. I got a lot of work to do.
