Never seen you dunk on that court before...

ya it's my fav court when it rains.. it's finally re-opened, been closed all summer because of a daycare basketball camp.

you have to strengthen them maximally & dynamically.. maximally would be things like double & single leg standing calf raises + seated calve raises + various inversion/eversion strengthening exercises with tubing or just by itself..

dynamic strength would be stuff like single/double leg line hops for speed, single leg balance board, sprints, and all types of low level reactive work such as lateral barrier jumps, pogos, mr halftucks etc.

the stuff above is a start and will help to give you stiffer ankles, eventually once you make alot of progress with the basics, you could then graduate to single/double leg bounds, depth jumps, etc.

tired again.. 5 hours sleep etc.. last 2 dunk sessions, same shit.

it'll fix soon though.

going to dehydrate for saturday i think... been drinking way too much fluids last few days, retaining so much water.
