soreness = hamstrings alot, left glute, lower back
aches/injuries = lower back, ankles slightly
diet = hamburger burrito + 2tspn coffee, 2 teaspon coffee, dunks, 6 egg burrito + some cereal, tons of pmghr's/calf raises (~7 sets)

still need to upload some stuff from the other day
