bw = 153
soreness = hamstrings, left glute
aches/injuries = left lower back
diet = hamburger burrito, 4 hour walk with 12 lb weighted vest (2 hour bball dribbling stuff, 2 hour normal), 6 egg burrito + 2 ramen, rested-max=275x8 + NGP=8, 2 ramen, bw-exercises={~5x5 pmghr, 3 x 25 pushups, 3x25 calf raises, 2 x 50 glute bridges)

happy about rested-max, reps felt strong.. even tho hamstrings so sore.. also, pmghr was probably a tie for 'best ever pmghr'.

legs felt achy/sore today, left glute/back too, hoping tomorrow i feel good... wanna jump single !@$ hah

Well Andrew hinted that people (RJ) should not "snap" at you just because you squat a lot you're a special person than someone else or something. Like RJ could snap at another guy but not at you since you work and squat a lot and help people around. Like, who cares? We're pretty much the same around here, we all work our butts off, I know I am for 10 years, so - who cares?

It was a matter of RJ's opinion vs yours and nothing more.

here let me clarify myself: if RJ wants to act tough against any member of this forum then he should be prepared to get his ass blasted by people like jdub/jcsbck for example.

Well you put it like if RJ has an opinion against a guy like steven miller (who I respect by the way) then somehow that's unacceptable since steven has "rep" vs other people around here that don't. Like his big squat somehow gives him more "power" in his opinion than someone else's. I still think that's what you meant.

Probably will help you a lot to go to a gym... But I personally love the outdoor lifting.  There is something just awesome about squatting in the backyard!  

agreed.. he'll have better resources in a gym for sure, but if one has those same resources in their backyard, i prefer backyard by far :F

outdoor lifting is a much better experience.

Just my luck. When I'm at my best, injuries happen.
Minor ankle sprain today during pick up games. I was able to walk on my feet, it hurts a bit though. I wanted to upload a new video for my birthday (next sunday) with some dunks recorded in trieste also...I just hope to be able to feel fine for friday's planned dunk session.

damn, sucks :/

take care of it, lots of ice, but don't rush it.. even if you have to shoot the dunks 1 week after your birthday, it'll be fine, and better since you'll be more recovered :F

how old are you going to be again??!?
