if you were 18-20+, then your results would matter more.. but i recall you being pretty young.. you're maturing naturally + exercising, you'll gain with horribly designed programs.. not saying VF2.0 is horrible, just saying in general you'll gain while maturing on anything.

soreness = left calf

ran 10 miles, had to stop after first three miles cause i caught an ab cramp, then i was good..... felt horrible compared to the other day..

during/after run: left calf, left ham, both glutes, right quads


ate so much today, whole chicken two bags of sunchips, chocolate almonds, bananas etc
