I get that you're an expert bro.  Your post count tells me everything I need to know.

In my dreams  :ibjumping:  like you.

Don't get this wrong or as an offense to you. It's just that people here don't like Hiller because he sells bullshit information like the "leg press > squats" nonsense that everyone who has done this for a while knows it's a bunch of crap.
I would not claim to be an expert in jump training but I have made some pretty reasonable gains and everyone who did as well here will tell you that you need to squat, especially if you are not very strong to begin with. Squats will build strength that is applicable to jumping (unlike the leg press, which basically does nothing) because it not only trains the legs, but the entire kinetic chain or what you would refer to as "the core" and provides a much better stimulus for the CNS as well.

yup...you asked for help, don't try to bash someone for complying to you. Squat, son.

so I learned something today, looking at past experiences: my upper body workouts are severely effected negatively by lower body work the previous day, but not vice versa... is this true?

I need to make sure I always have 1 day rest before a upperbody workout?

If your lower body work-out involves for example heavy squats, it is likely. What that means though is not that you cannot train your upperbody the next day, it just means your performance the next day is not going to be 100%. But you don't need 100% everytime you train, you just make sure that your numbers are increasing consistently. If that does not happen, you need to adjust either programming or other factors (like sleep, nutrition, etc.).

yeah it definitely has heavy squatting....I think I'll just make sure to get a day off before upperbody workouts or restructer to two sets of upper/lower instead of lower/upper.

thanks for input

I actually kinda agree his prolific shooting program is pretty legit and i'm assuming his other programs are ok. What is not ok is pimping out your programs which is one of the main reasons taylor allan is annoying.

Yeah I agree, his programs are legit, but his pimping out of his programs is annoying haha true! But his programs seem to be working for me.

He used a natural disaster that killed hundreds of people as an excuse to sell program, and did not pay the money to red cross.
The programs itself: all the shooting mechanics he teaches are online for free, that only thing you really are paying for is the program/schedule...

He has insane genetics plus a diet consisting of mostly raw meat from different species of high grade cattle. couple that with his elite tendon attachments, and you have a bosshog.

You forget his unusual cannibalistic tendencies...
wait are we being serious now or just joking. I cant pick up internet sarcasm. :uhhhfacepalm:

raptor's playing around lol...I am NOT cannibalistic tyvm.
