blend a bunch of bananas and inject that shit into it, bananas rule.

I have seen you like bananas the night before pecking vert as well, I worry about sugar/carb intake so I have yet to decide if bananas are for me lol.

here's why i like them... say i weigh 160 before sleep, i'll eat say 6 bananas, now i weight like 162 or 163 or something.. well, the next day i'll wakeup around 159 probably, then take about 6-7 ridiculous dumps and end up being like 156.. SORRY FOR THE GROSSNESS, but bananas empty you out and make you feel light as hell.. plus all the potassium/glycogen replenishment :d

I honestly think there's something interesting with taking a bunch of craps before vert/speed, because man, when i do, i always jump great/sprint my fastest.. hah

bananas the night before, caffeine day of, = win..

if i feel good tomorrow i might even drink two monster energy's.. man i'd be so wired, one gives me the shakes.. with two i'd be like that crack addict on chapelle show.

hahah
LMAO I see where your comming, oh wait I picture everything I'm reading, I don't want to see that!!! LOL!
I take caffeine in some sort 6 days a week, so, yeah, got some tolerance.
Bro you should def. check out geranium extract for peaking days, its really good to use with caffeine.

Played some bball today, before playing I hit some abs and hamstring tho....hit decline situps 25  behind head for 10...might be a new record or ties a record. I weighed a smuge under 220 today after not eating that much in order to be light for bball. Jumping: well my standing and or only few step jumps was prolly at near all time highs or all time highs (can I thank squats for that??) BUT running jumps were not as good as I would like, could it be that I weigh 220 now? possibly. The last time I was 220 (I think around 15 months ago??) I was barley dunking when I took a running start....now I am slamming down from a standing position so that's obviously a good improvement. Knees feeling stiff tho, taking monday off completely, gonna prolly either deadlift heavy/squat heavy tuesday or just squat heavy depends how well my knees are by then. Then again maybe I should take two days off completely and try for a new record! idk.

that's some serious progress.. barely dunking off a run to dunking stand still.

props
thanks brah, but by barley I meant like only one hand dunks with just wrist over rim.

cleans looked good to me, i'm no oly expert though.. how do you like the oly shoes?

no idea on seated box jump & vert either, i mean, you landed high on that box and it looked very powerful so that's good.. landing high on a 40" box = good... jumping in oly shoes is pretty tough imo, i've done it a few times, hated it.

nice work mang, can't wait for those quad pics bro!!!! hold on wtf.

The oly  shoes are great....I now can understand how ppl clean 400+ lbs
I liked how I could land in a squat with the oly shoes on for box squats

Arms r good for jump momentum.... and pushin people over xD
hmm I think there good for a perfect environment out of game max effort jump....yeah....but lots of arm weight will tie you down when you got to jump from awkward positions, double jumping for rebound, people holding them down when your jumping, just a plethora of situations I can see where you can't get a perfect arm swing but you still need to jump good.
