I wonder how i managed to miss writing my goals here  :ninja: :

Anyway, considering recent development, my goals are:

1.A projected 2.5x half squat out of a maximum of 10 reps squat (going 1 rep /w 2.5x seems dangerous for now)
2.200kg(440 lbs) deadlift
3.100kg(220lbs) clean
4.80 kg(177lbs) push press
5.Over 7m long jump
6.Head over rim
7.WIN A F***ING DUNK CONTEST  :pissed:

The thing is i used to do what you are saying in the past but my knees would hurt after so that's why i've been doing hip dominant squats... Since i've been doing them like this and focusing on hip drive both in normal "full" squats and in half squats i didn't have any problem with my knees...

Nice techique dunk BUT i'm not impressed, a simple tomahawk done with the head over the rim impresses me 10 times as much as that^. On another note:

I'm PR-ing every half squat session, but that's prolly cause i never really half squatted for a long time and since then i gained a lot in my full squat. Friday or the next week you should see a 2x half squat vid(or at least projected 2x)  :headbang:
