I wonder how i managed to miss writing my goals here :
Anyway, considering recent development, my goals are:
1.A projected 2.5x half squat out of a maximum of 10 reps squat (going 1 rep /w 2.5x seems dangerous for now)
2.200kg(440 lbs) deadlift
3.100kg(220lbs) clean
4.80 kg(177lbs) push press
5.Over 7m long jump
6.Head over rim
7.WIN A F***ING DUNK CONTEST
