daybefore lots of spinach and protein mod carb. ~8 30 dinner= salmon  sleep at 11 30.

wake ~7

7am  breakfast= healthy cereal, 10 oz spinach
9 or 10 am= chicken
1 pm= more spinach plus 1-2 banana
after 1pm lunch= nap 30 min, wake at 2
at 5pm spinach
8 30pm= coffee
9pm= vert pr

EDIT- on the day of my 37.5 slrvj, i had a big glass of prune juice and took a shit at least 1-2x per hour from 8am- 3pm. probly lost a TON of bodyweight

try to avoid eating during training
eat a lot the day before basketball game, workout, or testing vertical
eat light the day of those activities
high protein, moderate fat, low carb is the best way to put on muscle/lose weight
eat like a monster after athletic activities. protein shake (can be replaced by a few cups of milk) and fruit like bananas is optimal
me and adarqui have had a lot of success eating insane amounts of spinach because it has ecdysteroids in it.

Ah! Thank you, I'll measure that now. Also, height since it's been half a year since I last did.

Height (shoe-less, for accuracy): 5'10" (70")
Wingspan: 70 in. (Whoa... cool, haha.)
Overhead Reach: 87 in.

ur suposed to measure reach in shoes. i doubt ur reach is 7'4 @5'10. dont cheat yourself bro..
