IE a lot of colleges get state monies, not a public school since obviously their is still tuition, but the taxes still contribute

kinda mis worded it not exactly at a tax payers expense, but these student athletes are getting a free education which I believe means certain standards must be met...but pre martial sex is not the exact standards i mean

this is a good example of some bad standards(and I am a pitt fan)

I mean I am all about college athletes (who are receiving free education at the taxpayers expense) having accountability, being drug tested, have discipline etc etc, but this is just a whole different level

honestly from my perspective on a single rep vertical jump, especially standing vertical jump, a squat is like a special strength exercise, not just a general exercise, so it makes a lot of sense to do half squat from that perspective.

ive heard bits and pieces of theories like this too.  Something why some people think the high rep jumping (jump rope, Air alert) may have more to them than meets the eye.

FIF- no info, and def not a long term fix, but if you have been working for awhile, getting your squat up etc, will DEF gain some inches in a month- basically a good change up or peaking block.  Not going to take you to a 40 inch vert from a 30.

The name is kind of sketchy, but I do believe the people kelly tested it on gained an average of 3.8 or something inches, but obviously some wont gain that much

so because you have this personel hatred of a group of people who make organized basketball possible, they should all "die" and "every" ref must be horrible because of the few that you have experienced?  I just read a story about a doctor who managed to kill a bunch of people,  therefore every doctor is evil and should be killed....

what olympic lifters squat to varies, since the squat is not actually part of their sport, although there still are some ccompeitions i believe
