I don't know how you can eat cow meat... first of all it really sucks taste wise and secondly, and most importantly, it takes about 10 minutes to masticate one piece at a time.

Boxing / Re: Sergio Martinez Plan B after Pacquiao Plan A
« on: January 20, 2012, 11:24:00 am »
There is no way he fights Martinez before pacquiao. He knows Martinez has no way of fighting at 150 on May 5th so that's why he's saying it.

And this isn't a new mayweather. He's always wanted to fight pacquiao if pacquiao did all the drug testing, The media just hates him.

And again, we've been over this, but Mayweather had the May 5th date set and a challenge to pacquiao before pac/marquez 3 even happened. You're just a hater.

1. Athlete A will burn more than Athlete B because he's adding exercise into the equation. Also, because athlete B will lose muscle, he will no longer burn 3000 calories because less muscle = less calories burned. That's why he'd put fat on, because he's now eating over maintenance.

...but that's not the situation we're talking about (they both consume and burn 3000cal a day, period). I already wrote down they they are both on caloric maintenance. You can't change a hypothetical situation and THEN defend yourself against THAT one.  ;)

Your situation is impossible, that's why I had to change it.

2. Obviously we are talking about weight.
3. You didn't read Avishek's post. That is the one I was responding to. He said "Just reducing those and eating healthier will automatically get you lean.". That's simply not true.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed. If you don't understand simple physics, you're living in the ice age.

If you eat 3000 calories, and your body uses 3000 calories, you won't store any fat because there's no reason to. If you eat 3500, your body will store the extra, if you eat 2500, your body will need to get the energy from somewhere else. None of that is taking thermal effects into account.

And Raptor, the principle to follow is "If it fits your macros". No one is telling you 2500 calories from sugar will do the same for your body as 2500 calories from lean meat.

WHere is that quote from.

If you want to go on a strict diet it will help, and is a good idea, but a strict diet isn't necessary if you're already pretty overweight and consume a lot of refined sugars/carbs, oils. Just reducing those and eating healthier will automatically get you lean.

Calories in, Calories out. Your body doesn't burn fat unless it needs to for energy. Has nothing to do with how "healthy" your foods are.

Dedication + Ruthless Aggression + Consistency + Focus + Passion + Intelligent Training + Go.Get.It

consistency beats all.. some sort of intelligent training helps.. but its mostly the ability to just do it again and again.

give darqui a break. he is just recovering from accumulated stress and abuse he did.. 1 step back, 2 steps forward. :headbang:

I'm quoting the banner at the top of the forum

No it's not roids, it's the fact that every time we've had a debate, I've proved him wrong and destroyed his ego (at least half a dozen times). He needs to go to these measures to make himself feel better about these losses. He is trying to fight back after being KOed. It's basically 'payback.' It's what some people 'need' to do to achieve a baseline of confidence. I won't talk anymore about this psychological shit though. It'll just make more people upset especially the insecure dude with a picture of himself shirtless in a bathroom as his avatar.

Edit, this is quite motivating (from that thread):

"If you have a mirror nearby, when you're squatting, just stare into your eyes between sets, look deep into your "soul" and see what the fuck is going on there.. then go apeshit on your next set."

Link me to someone of these debates where you prove me wrong.

And that's a kitchen. I take progress pics. Has nothing to do with insecurities.

You guys don't understand. That phase of life is over for ADARQ.

Your eyes are too far apart. Nose is definitely crooked. The shape of your face is not aesthetically pleasing at all. You look like a 3/10 with make up in this photo. I don't even want to imagine what you look like without make up. I actually just threw up in my mouth, just thinking about it. Your head is too big (although that may be, because of your giraffe neck posture). As for your hair, lol. Seriously, do something. You look like a horse.
Stare at your face for more than 5 seconds, and you will see how ugly you are. The eyes which are too far apart is what ruins/damages an already ugly face even further. Unfortunately for you, that can't be surgically fixed, lol. Your arms are way too long. lol at how they hang by your sides. Kind of reminds me of lurch. As for your tits, we all know there is extra padding there. Don't even let me start on your pale complexion. It only works if you look hot. Unfortunately, you do not look hot. Its hard to sum up a creature like you in one word. 'UGLY' would be unfair, since it doesn't reflect how repulsive you look. GROTESQUE is stretching it. But somewhere in between, is where you would be, on the scale of an average man.
I'm sorry if my words seem a little harsh. Just so you know, I sugar coated this post as much as possible.
Have a nice day.

http://www.adarq.org/forum/progress-journals-experimental-routines/gukls%27-journal/new/#new - i put my plan in my journal if anyone wants to see it/analyse/criticise it...

Your goals are your goals, but I find them terrible. You want to gain muscle on thighs and lose fat on waist until the end of the month. That's a fantastic way of making sure that you won't reach either of those goals. If you want to be a beast, it's time to gain some muscle and stop worrying about the circumference of your bodyparts. You will have major thighs once you can squat 200 kilos, I promise.
