Felt super lazy yesterday, Tried to come up with a solid excuse to slack off. Once I got under the bar I felt a bit better. Got in a few reps with 255. Just 2 days ago that felt impossible. still working towards 5x5. Also I have not tried bench press this month after taking my son to the skate board park and landing hard on my wrist. Its getting better but felt best not to push it.
