to be honest, I like the rep work, and, given my genetics, it's just something I'm drawn too..

yup me too, never been a max strength guy but i try like hell (example 330 bench =>19 reps @ 225, really?)

lol heres another random though...

with this block, on paper at least, it seems your inducing more muscular fatigue than CNS. with that said though does all this high rep strength work in this block broaden the concept of what can be included as a "strength block"? since the norm are things like lifts  @ or above 90% or 1x5.

do you think adding the large volume of ADA can possible help you PR during this strength block or is it going to pay off more when you get into peaking? seems like its helping combat the fatuige from the high rep stuff

KNEELING POWER CLEANS
KNEELING SNATCH

I've read the book these two lifts/jumps came from...i think I remember them being prep exercises for the snatch and C&J, nothing more than that. typical America for you though, lets find something odd/new (which isn't new at all) endorse the hell out of it and take the industry by strom

and why just extend at the hips and not the knee and ankle like most jumping?

I used a product with DMAE in it, but there was other stuff in it so I cant say if it was the sole source of getting me jacked up to train,  I used Focus XT, wich is smiliar to Power drive and it works great

lol, this is great im dying laughing at this. I can give you a good example of myself. last summer I increased my box jump from 44-46ish to 52 inches, effin' sweet right? yeah well in that same period my standing vertical only went from 23 to 25 ...fuck

honestly i think the only thing i'd use a box for now is to ease the landing of a depth jump
