Wow that's scary just reading about it. I was going to go on a rant about all the morons in today's society but it would serve no purpose, glad you're ok man.

i thought something up that shouldn't be that hard to program:

There should be a fixed template for journal posts, just like the one u did.
Then there should be the option to mark a journal post which contains the workout (and other stuff) as a "workout-post" or something like that.
Then if you view the journal, there should be an option called "show workout-posts only", so that u can view only the workouts one after the other.

I think that would make it much easier to go through the workouts and compare for progress.

There could also be a premade template where you just type exercise, sets, reps, weight etc and then it displays it automatically in the same format at the top of the post. like this u could also let a calculated max be displayed after every exercise and also show a graph of the progress in the exercise. Those graphs could be in the first post of the journal.

I hope you can understand what i mean ???

That sounds ideal, I dont really know how much work setting all of that up would take, but it would be a huge step forward for this forum, and huge stepup from copy and pasting the template everytime.

Don't tell me you buy his/hers explanation. That's very unlikely to have happened. You probably ate something infected or whatever and it so happened that that location got infected. Otherwise, maybe you got a lot of infected sweat that was pressed back into the skin from all the dunks/movements or something.

Whatever. Good you're better.

Not to intrude, because your doctor impersonating analysis is quite entertaining but for you to step in after he has been diagnosed, assume the position of the diagnosis while at the same time discredit it is fairly mind numbing on so many different levels.

ie.

Person gets sick, doesnt know whats wrong. At this time you offer no insight and no diagnoses except for a passive aggressive put down.

Person gets diagnosed and treated.  You = LOL yea even though I had no idea what it was or what to do, now I see what they did/the advice they gave is completely wrong and useless. Glad you have somehow made a miraculous discovery. I will continue to have a superior attitude towards those who have much higher knowledge in this field by giving after the fact advice on the intarnetz.

While I understand the medical community may not be as advanced in Romania thus making you more hesitant, I would seriously stop, its becoming laughable.

Lol always enjoy seeing all the courts and people actually playing basketball down there in Florida. Here in Toronto it's -5 Celsius covered in snow and it will be too cold to play for another 4months. Only a couple of ymcas where you can ball, and afew random community centers where they have random times for basketball once or twice a week. 95% of these places infested with total morons that take the ball and run a 1 man fast break everytime. The only good indoor Place with great courts and some decent organized ball is 12$/ day l0ll. I still don't understand how such a great/big city fails so miserably when it comes to basketball.

And then summer time, random sized rims from 9 to 11 feet most with no nets and the courts are totally empty.

[quote IF IT'S NOT HEALTHY SLEEP THEN WHY I AM I, FOR THE MOST PART, HEALTHY? HUH, ANOTHER COMPLETELY RETARDED COMMENT

i'm a night person, i've adjusted, i'm fine on this sleep schedule.. i dream like 4-5 times a night.. I achieve REM.. i get melatonin production at 6am.. it's a rhythmic cycle.

RELAX.

thats like the first time iv seen you agitated in 2 years, looks like the melatonin production finally got to you... just playing lol

even with being a night person, it seems like you have alot of freedom with your schedule and can do w/e u want, I dont really understand why you would choose that schedule and not follow a more regular one of at least going to sleep around 2-3am.

When I have late nights and get to bed at 5-6 as long as I sleep for 7-8hours I feel perfectly fine the next day, although probably a little drowsy. I dont doubt its working for you and it could very well pose no health issues. I personally would never choose that schedule though  :ninja:

I got that virus or a similar one like it twice. The first time it spread through my computer and i was unable to do anything like system restore, or safe mode. My administrator privileges got shut down as well. Lost all my files, all I could do was reformat. The second time I recognized it as soon as my comp got infected and managed to get to system restore before the virus took over.

Sounds like its too late mayne, gl tho.

damn jump looks nice, if that's 9'8 then ya definitely getting like 10'9-10'10 on there..

for sure man just start a journal and begin logging, that way we can come up with a program etc.. if you plan on getting to 155 for summer, diet & 'cardio' starts now.. you'll want to start that as soon as possible and get to that goal quicker. Being that you're 165 it will only be minor adjustments..

start a journal, log what your current diet is generally like etc.. i know your knee is still getting healthy, so honestly, to lean out a bit right now it's just cleaning up diet a bit and doing light cardio like walking, basketball dribbling, shooting around etc.. i don't know how intense you can go on that knee so..

peace man

yea iv been wanting to start a journal the last couple of weeks. but the only thing I can really do still is glute bridges, calf raises, dips and pullups lol. Dont think its anything worth writing about and its not really structured. I guess I will start one up but I will seem like a soft bitch lol.

And yea getting to 155 will be a tad harder then just 165-155. Because Iv gone from 185 to 165 6-8 weeks and this is the lightest iv ever been since I stopped growing so the fat loss is slowing down. but ye ill start the journal. (took the pic off, clogging this up, ill post a better one on my own log)

cool. not lifting doesn't make you soft though, most great boxer's don't lift :F

you can put the pic back mang i don't mind..

what's your body fat at right now?

yea I would be a godly boxer with my 6'1 wingspan. naw pic looks oversized/weird here lol
id say im around 11% bf now

Not sure. Went did some dunks today. Was dunking fairly easy on 9'8. Im down to ~165lbs which is making me get up off the ground alot faster, but not having lifted for along time has made my last step alot smaller and less explosive. I want to get down to ~155 for the summer.

Here is a pic from today (feel free to get rid of it for clogging your journal lol). Looks abit higher then the actual jump. I think I was getting mid 10 feet, maybe high 10 on afew attempts. Which im happy with not having trained for such a long time.

But ye, no idea how I will start getting back into things. Maybe you could take me under your wing like ripz0r if you got the time haha.
