Program Review / Jump Science-Daniel Back
« on: August 08, 2011, 12:23:41 pm »
Ok so this probably isn't a program review but anyways I've recently saw this guy at www.jump-science.com he seems to be knowledgable and knows his stuff. And his 4-year program only costs $10 which shows he is not like a marketer or something. I just wonder if anyone know him and maybe invite him to the forum.

Well I do that because I just want to train at my apartment. But I would wear shoes if that's better. My concern is that if jumping barefoot on porcelain floor would give me bad knees. I feel like pain in my knees, like jumpers knee, but I am not sure because it's  not very severe doesn't happen all the time. I feel like when I am landing when jumping barefoot I gotta land 'carefully' on balls of my feet or it hurts.

 * Btw I'm clintzyc24.

Lol Kobe dropped 81 against "Raptor"s.
Still, Kobe dropped 81 in an NBA game against NBA level defenders, coaches, strategies and so on and so forth.

Kobe's 81 was impressive, but who we kidding that was against the Raptor's...and they weren't nba level defenders.
Cmon dude it's "Raptor"s you're talking about.
They play in the NBA. End of story.
No wonder he is pissed

I think people tend to like how the programs tells you what to do everyday instead of just throw you a bunch of random drills.

Taylor Allan's programs seem to be legit and have great feedback.
But in everyone of his videos he says whatever you are doing are hurting your potential and to be great you have to get his programs and shit that annoys me a lot.
He seems to be someone who really knows basketball. I am also interested in his programs. But really i think for ball-handling you can just do a lot of two ball drills and drills on the move.

Beijing sucks. It's extremely hot and there is no indoor gym which you can just practice shooting or doing drills by yourself. :pissed: Most of them are the university ones which cost shitloads.  :uhhhfacepalm:
