Only managed a 10.5 inch vertical today. Really tired. Did depth jumps and single leg box squats with low weight.

Achilles issues seem to plague older folksI don't have any pain in my Achilles. My doctor was not concerned too much about it as there is no pain. Just got back from sled dragging at my local park. No pain. My case must be a minor one. I have read where it can take months to heal up.
You will need to slow concentric and eccentric calf work, and Isometrics to fix it over many weeks and months. Both for gastroc and soleus, ie straight legged and bent knee
Rest won't help as tendons need load
Wednesday 18th December 2019I've never heard of this kettle swing. Are you just finishing the rep with your heals off the floor and on your toes?
