I've finally gone back to the gym after 2 months. Like I said in my previous posts I just lost motivation and been on holidays from work and catching up with old friends and drinking too much etc.

BW- 91.4 not bad considering I haven't been doing any exercise and drinking copious amounts of beer. Even though it will fuck up my goal of getting a 3 plate bench I'm keen to cut down to around 80kg. The good thing about being on holidays was I had a lot of healthy home cooked meals e.g. typical meal was seasoned chicken breast with vegetables. Being back at work is good for me though as I need the routine and it keeps me busy.

In Aussie track news Rohan Browning ran a 9.96w 100m in a local meet in NSW. The wind was 3.3 but it was only his second 100m of the season so it will be interesting to see what he can do. Along with Jack Hale he's the fastest Australian sprinter atm.

The 100 yards doesn't get run much but Jack Hale broke a 55 year record and ran the 100 yards in 9.43 seconds. Apparently a 9.4 100 yard is about equivalent to a 10.2 100m.

Haven't been watching much football lately.

Saw a nice video on Maryland RB Jake Funk where he discusses his high school career and being overlooked for college despite being Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year scoring 57 touchdowns in his Senior Year, including 7 in the winning State Championship game and one of the all time leading rushers in Maryland history.

Gave the gym a miss this week. Low motivation. I did play basketball a couple of times at my local court but I didn't play any pick up I was just shooting and dribbling. Diet wise it's been okay. Not terrible but not healthy/strict either. Bodyweight is currently 92.1kg so I don't think I'll be sub 90kg by Christmas. I will try and motivate myself to go to the gym tomorrow and get myself out of this slump.
