How did it got stolen? On the track or somewhere else?

I went to a grocery store, and I was told not to bring my bag into the store, I was gone for max 1,5min, and then it was gone  :-[

But it's ok, was very old anyway :P

Uhmmmm, adistarhj, Raptor stole your camera. He's just pretending that he doesn't know. :ninja: Joke. :) How's your training? Have you tested your SVJ and RVJ lately? Goodluck on your competition on May, btw.

In my opinion, your best bet is to decrease the weight and go with more reps. More reps mean more volume for both your legs, and less weight means your weak leg won't have as much overload and will "try" to keep up. You need to stop your set when the weak leg starts to give up.

^^  That part in bold is EXTREMELY important, you just reinforce the imbalance and bad form by continuing to let it happen, and the risk of injury is getting higher and higher along with it.

Coming both from Raptor and Sir Lance, i will do it. But I just did sets of 10 in the afternoon and my left leg didn't gave up (it can do more I think, because it ain'y fatigued or something) but i was leaning to the right, I think. Maybe I should lean to the left more and make my reps slow(?? maybe a bad idea) to focus on my left leg? Because if I do the rep fast I can't control the weight distribution on my legs. Any idea raptor, sir lance and other bros(?) ??

Go slow until you are able to perform your reps evenly, then you can add the speed and power, as well as load.  Strength and coordination in the 2 leg squat is very movement specific to the 2 leg squat, so youre going to have to practice it either way, bringing up the strength of the other limb individually is a good idea too, but its not going to fix the problem by itself.

Will do! Thanks!

Whoever voted negative on my post about her Olympic level potential is a retard. Either because he thought I was kidding or making a sexual joke or whatever, or because he doesn't believe it, he's still a retard.

Well Raptor, its their opinion you should not bother them. We shouldn't bother anyone's opinion. We should only bother our own opinion. They just prove to themselves that they are a retard by voting down. Their to scared to voice their opinion in words that's why they depend only on the voting process. Nothing will happen if they've voted down 100 times. The important thing is that you've voiced your opinion in words. Look at my replies, they've voted it down many times. Maybe they proved to themselves I'm a retard but I know to myself I'm not. So, I don't care about their votes.

I hate the feeling I get when, after my squatting, I only feel my right leg worked out. During Squat I really try engage my left leg but when the weight gets heavier or when the rep is getting higher, my mind is telling my body to shift the weight to my right. I tried to overload my left leg on uni laterals but  I think the imbalance is getting much bigger. My right quads is huge compared to my left.

Any idea how to minimize imbalance during squatting? and in general? What type of exercise is the best to do so?

I never understood why you'd ever buy a program. There's the internet nowadays, tons of free info available, and when you think about it, it's not even that complicated. Get your squat up, practice your jumps and overload the movement with depth jumps/bounds/sprints and that's pretty much it. Get bodyfat down if it's high and that's it.

I didn't understand myself too, then. I admit, I was wrong. I wanted a shortcut. I wanted to get 4-8 inches within 3 months and I thought VF2.0 will give that. With the hype of Adam Link, having 50 inches vert,I thought this will give me my dream. I didn't know adarq.org by then. I only discovered this forum, 3 weeks after I bought the program. Still I was hoping to finish the program and gain the inches but abviuosly I didn't. I thought by then that what I was doing was great, and I was in the right path. But the results shows otherwise. I made my mistake and paying for it. :'(

I had VJB before VF2.0 but I was not contended because, frankly, I jsut downloaded VJB in torrent. And my gains are not consistent due to my poor consistency and have no faith in VJB thinking it was not enough and thinking there is a better alternative which is VF 2.0 that will give me better result. Then again I was wrong.

Owell, life is shit and hard. Need to learn from mistakes. Which is what I'm doing now. ;)
I jsut downloaded VJB in torrent

Just don't tell that to Kelly.

you guys and your lack of respect for intellectual property

theft is theft people...doesn't matter how you cut it

Sorry man! I will never tell anyone that I torrent again. m ;D

Oh yeah right! I will not tell Kelly. Maybe I should hide this message or delete it... :ninja: I maybe sued. :ninja: I will not do it again promise.
