I really like 3 Inches of Blood.  I love story driven songs.  They remind me of iron maiden.

Paul gilbert also kills it.  Its not hardcore metal but its still metal.  Technical difficulties being my favorite.

That is seriously one of the nicest looking gyms i've ever seen.  Dude, it'd be so empty at 3am, you'd have it all to yourself.  And you'd probably could befriend the employees during that time and they'd let you do extra stuffs.

Plus that girl in the commercial wanted to sleep with me, I could tell the way she looked at me.  Maybe she works the graveyard shift andrew?

The 24hr's over here are so crowded.  The main one in kapiolani is crowded like 24 hours haha.

When you tried your reverse dunk, someone said "that was lame".

I didn't think it was lame.

Anyways, starting on 5/3/1 I searched for a spreadsheet and found one that a guy made.  It allows you to chart your projected 1RM based on your 85%, 90%, and 95% lifts for reps.

I know its not entirely accurate, but it's charting based on relative changes in strength.  It charts your projected 1RM for each week and gives you an average bar to see whether your 1RM is rising or declining over the course of your workouts.

Just a thought.

That first dunk was my favorite, with the synching of the song.  Plus that nice agressive push at the end of the dunk.
