doesn't count.... :)

Fuck , you're right! LOL

And i wondered how it went through , i was guessing you were too busy with all the recent shit and massively aproved some requests.

hah nope, the spam bots chill and wait, until the right moment, then they spring their threads on us.. hah.. i'll delete other threads when it happens, but this is what it looks like every time i wakeup now:

so, if i wanted to, i could hit 'accept and require confirmation', i've done that on a few, and they havn't confirmed, so they are spambots.

we got it under control now blu. hahah

SUCK THAT ADARQUI!!!

 :P   :uhhhfacepalm:   :wowthatwasnutswtf:   8)   ;D

hahahha

what will you do to yourself if a spambot tricks you?

i'd give it props, like i usually do if it is an intelligent spambot.

:)

i dont see how i'd get tricked though now, it's pretty evident who the spam bots are.. and now that i have to accept or reject new members before they can post, we will now have a spam free forum.

:F

training morning: ~2 mile run, very fast

training evening: 8 mile run (first 7 miles very relaxed, last mile crazy fast (flying))

drank a gallon of milk within 1 hour after the 8 mile run.

caught my kenyan stride tonight.. arms relaxed real low, slight elbow bend, ballin.

i wrote a bigger reply but my comp crashed hehe

Hey man, you probably mentioned this somewhere in the last few pages, but why the change to long distance running/eating a ton?

because i want to do official races for fun, 5k's, 10k's, half marathons, and eventually marathons... need to eat a ton, cant mess around with light eating when im focusing on conditioning, or else it'll feel like im running on fumes..

Are you moving away from dunk training?

well ya.. im focusing mostly on conditioning.. want to get in insane shape, like im supposed to be in.. i still want to dunk tho, and i will.. i just need to rest a day or so before jumping, because my legs are getting battered with all this running/jumprope.. in a few months tho, the running/jump rope shouldnt really cause any fatigue the next day, so jumping shouldn't be as bad in terms of needing more recovery..

that last dunk session i posted a vid of, i felt REALLY good.. had osme great jumps, and that was ~1 week without dunking + doing only running/jump rope during that week.. my jumping will be decent once im adapted to all of this conditioning.

Why^^^?

I mean, you switch from going extremely low calories to going extremely high in a hurry.

because unlike with jumping, i cant eat light/moderate and perform well.. i cant do 1 hour of jump rope or 1+ hours of running without eating huge.. well i could but, i'd end up going much slower pace, and i'd cramp more etc.. need lots of fuel in the gas tank with the type of work im putting in now.. 1 hour of running/jump rope way diff than squatting 3-4x/day lool.

ate a ton, felt good today even though tired from lack of sleep.. when i carb up on these chips (salt n vinegar kettle chips or blue corn chips etc), i feel really good conditioning wise.. which is obvious.. so basically near GOMAD'n, 1 chicken per day, and 2000-3000 kcal from chips per day lmao.

aches/injuries = left groin/right knee (slightly)

training session: 1 hour of jump rope, < 10 messups

finished night with stretching, including bottom of feet which have gotten achy/sore.
