Soreness : calves quads chest and lats a little bit, shoulders hamstrings and lower back a bit more, still minor

1½ hours full court basketball.
Again 3 weeks off the hard wood. Or, if you prefer, second time playing since 1 December 2016.
Endurance was horrible of course. Gassed out pretty early, about half way in. Other than that i had very slow reaction times and I was clumsy and uncoordinated. Of course.
On the bright side, i was strong and also vert was very good. Had a shitload of blocks. And then I got this weird play that i only got once again in my life: went up for the offensive rebound, got it with one hand extended. Felt i was able to toss it in, flicked wrist to shoot.... and got stuffed by the rim!!! WTF, lately i was used to jump for the follow at fast-breaks, expecting to grab rim and ending up touching somewhere at the middle of the net. And now the opposite, thought i was down there and was much higher. Much encouraging, there might still be some dunk juice left in there!!!!!!

-Duh, thought i did 120 last time but i was wrong, so i re-did 130. And i wondered why they were so easy.

on the third hand, man one of these days i'm actually going to go all in on my squat and get to four plates like a big boy.

Make sure you do that when you are back home, so you also break the 400lbs milestone, 4 20kg plates is a tiny bit under 400.

Yup, lebron's and harden's numbers started falling a bit, while westbrook's increased, he is now at 10.5 rebounds and 11.3 assists per game, points still above 31, Sick!!!
