Yeah crazy haha, so i literally opened my phone after the race to stop strava and saw he'd done 1.59, insane.
Poor logging, still been training
Squats currently at 105 x 5 and 95 x 10
Upper body lifts steadily improving
Today did park run and FINALLY broke 20 min 5k with a totally unexpected 19.59!!
