i do like.. standing on one leg, lean forward to varying degrees, then extend off leg straight back to hit glute.. i use straight leg and bent leg variations.. then i do standing straight up, one leg, other leg bent, curl leg back as strong as i can, contracting hams/glutes..
for core, i do lots of pushup iso things, extended, and change my position.. kind of like planks but arms fully extended.. hits my core harder... some side plank variations too.. and some L-sit stuff.
its mostly just alot of weird movements.

the little tools at the side are gone. how will we survive not being able to convert kg to lbs, not being able to calculate our verts, how?
