A lot of work and life plus a one-week business trip derailed me. Back at it.

ATG PAUSED SQUAT:

-Nice and easy, very solid.
PAUSED BENCH PRESS:

-Never did paused bench > 50kg. Was planning to do just normal reps at top set, but surprise, got it nice and easy. This is some kind of lame
DEAD-HANG PULLUPS:

-Never done 5 sets in dead hang pullups i think, so 31 reps total are another lame
Not bad at all for a full 3 weeks off, expected much worse.
