It was tough day, 100kg is a heavy weight. It was putting little strain on the top of my spine which sticks out near the neck, shoulders were sore from carrying it. First time I did squats on tuesday my lower back curved in, which was one of those cautious moments, so i focussed on keeping core tight and body upright and just concentrate to keep it smooth, today I was able to move it up and down but I'm just not happy as to the weight moving over the sole of my feet instead of my heels, which I didn't feel was good but there were some good moments, but those other moments just made me unsatisfied with the lift. with the half squats my knee gets to around 105 degree. Also after the squats my upper tail bone is sore a bit, which added onto the disappointment feeling for the lift, but I will stick with 100kg for a while till it feels comfortable to do. So I did one more set after the calf raises which were nice as my calfs and glutes were sore. The RDL difficult as ever, especially at 100kg I can go down with good form but when coming up there is slight rounding of the mid back and my shoulders collapses in, so I am attemping to bring my shoulders back as well as standing up, which suprisingly made my glutes sore when finished only. I use paper towel to help with the grip as the texture of the bar is painful to hold onto.

Rate: meh

Ok, FML for posting this in the boxing forum lol.

The best rally between nadal and muller

not only was the rally good but also how close the ball was to being out and the challenge showing it was in by such a close margin added on to how good of a rally this was.

LOL WTF IS WRONG WITH ME LOL.

Regards to Mayweather vs mcgregor that fight is being hyped to its maxium by both sides, mayweather wants to go out with a bang. They predict it to be bigger than mayweather vs pacquiao. How is such a one sided fight between a pro fighter and a pro boxer getting this much attention. You have the irish fans, the mcgregor fans (which is in the millions), supporting their fighter, you got mayweather fans and then you have the little of the others who are interested.

I watched the conferences and it is bringing out the vintage mayweather and it is really big somehow. I just don't get it. You got trash talking from both sides, antics (almost spelt it antiques lol) and singers. 10000+ people attended the conference and majority were conor supporters. I think it may actually get close but will not be bigger than mayweather pacquiao cos they both brough their fans and the die hard boxing fans, the die hard fans know how one sided this is.

and again I can't believe I posted that tennis stuff in the boxing section lol.

I don't know if you can see the video in the link, but maybe the best rally in the tournament? its from the nadal vs muller match.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/40562089

probably saw it, but can't check. bbc blocking me.

also, you see this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRs6mYeycII

lmao!

lol ye I saw that.

I searched on youtube for that best rally video but they are blocking my country but I downloaded it just to check and this video contains multiple good rallies, but the one I was referring to is the second rally in the video. Just awesome. Hopefully your country is not blocked from watching this.

Reminder: I am referring to the 2nd rally in this video.

Bummer, would've been difficult to overturn the decision I'd imagine. Lesson I learned was how much the media you watch the fight (or any sport/ politics/ etc.) can affect your reality. I watched it on ESPN and was flipping shit like many Americans. Seifullaah73 watched it on a British network and clearly saw a Horn victory (closer to reality).

If the score was either 7-5 to horn which I had it, or 6-6 or 7-5 for pac, it wouldn't have been controversial because that close, some rounds could have gone either way depending on the judges. As much as I love the commentary I will have to rate it on what I see. But yep I saw horn to be the more effective fighter.

Live Press conference (will remove when finished)
[finished]

Mcgregor managed to light the fire in mayweather, with mayweather starting to trash talking mcgregor with style like the old pbf. Fun to watch.
Let's hope for some more antiques from mayweather's side for the next conferences like mocking and other things he did with dela hoya.

Mayweather vs mcgregor ppv cost same as the ppv cost for mayweather vs pacquiao like wtf. $100 to watch in HD. Desperate attempt at making the same money they made when may fought pac.
http://www.boxingscene.com/mayweather-mcgregor-ppv-cost-99-95-watch-hd--118367

Result of the wbo rescore of the match with 5 judges had it 7 rounds to 5 for horn.
http://www.boxingscene.com/pacquiao-horn-investigation-wbo-backs-scores-explains-why--118368

Quote
Upon the analysis, the findings stated that Pacquiao won the 3rd, the 8th and 9th by 100%; the 5th round was won by 80%; and the 11th round by 60%. Horn won the 1st, 6th and 12th rounds by 100%; rounds 2nd, 4th, and 7th by 80%; and then, the 10th round by 60%.
From the results, it can be established that Pacquiao won 5 rounds while Horn won 7 rounds.
:headbang:

McGregor has always been a trash talking type of player and always seems to back it up in the octagon and mayweather is the same in boxing so i think the tour may provide some sort of entertainment to hype up the event. who knows mcgregor may use some dirty tactics, which is required and pressure to beat mayweather. but I don't see that happening but conference should be entertaining.

federer sailed through and so did murray.

Nadal vs Muller, been going on 4hrs, hope nadal gets through. its 2-2 sets and 9-9 games.

EDIT: That 10-9 game save by nadal just amazing the last point to get to 10-10 games wow. Nadal had 0 challenges up to the 12th game, then he got 3, really helps to have challenges. All those points and misses which could have been cancelled.

muller has his wide shot serves, which helps him in the returns. Muller is a robot lol. Nadal is the one trying to survive i feel and muller just finding it easy on his serves.

:( It was just too much for nadal. Epic match and longest match in the tournament.

OMG. Federer vs raonic again in the quarter finals. federer's revenge or raonic's 2nd success.

Mayweather hunted by the irs for the unpaid tax. But he has asked them to wait for the mcgregor fight and here I was thinking he was loaded, but majority of them are tied up in stock or somewhere.

It was a very hot day and they were preparing for compeition so I managed to use the back straight to my workout, which I had like 45-1hr to do and I managed to get ample rest in between reps cos of heat. I watched the event but it was getting late so I had to get back home. I heard someone got 11.3 in the 100m and I watched the high jump, where the highesst someone managed was 1.95m he failed at 2m. Long jump furthest I saw was 5.6m but maybe not the furthest in event as i left after their 2nd attempt.

WBO will rescore the fight with jeff horn vs pacquiao using 5 anonymous judges and that will show which person really won the fight, but it won't change the score, because fight was close and it could have gone either way, but wbo has requested evidence of fraud or unfair officiating in order for it to change the decision.

Man it was very hot, it had reached temperature of 30 degrees and humidity of 60%. It was soo hot that my protein shake became and thick and had curdled, which I could not drink anymore after drinking 2/3. The RDL I lost my grip on first set so did 4, then wrapped those paper towels to fold around the bar and that helped alot to do the 7 reps more better. Nice workout.

the workout felt good, a little tired from the football. The RDL's are getting harder in terms of grip will have to use straps and because of my curved nail it affects my grip and after every set my hands have blisters and later on as they peel off there is a blister inside that blister lol. I have had blisters occuring alot since the time i started doing pull ups on the door frame.

So, the "sweet science" is more than just power, offense, defense, technique, skill, flashiness, etc.. To *me*, it's consistently being able to defeat your opinion, no matter who they are, no matter how bad they want it. The "sweet science" has always been "the art of hit but not get hit", which is at the core of the "mastery" of boxing. It's obvious I gravitate towards defensive boxers, it's mostly because of that idea about "hit and not get hit".

how did that happen lol :P

Ok, I agree he is one of the best defensive boxers of all time and no one could touch him. But in that video and his ratings according to what I heard:

forget that it was my mistake, he is just so confident about top 5 player choices he can give the reasons there and then. It's just when I heard him mention ppv record, live gate record, then also mentioning julio cesar chavez record of 80-0, pernel whittaker never lost until towards the end of his career, so that made me think he only was considered about records. But he did mention other things too.
