« on: October 24, 2012, 06:50:54 am »hah ya, my fatigue was low, so on a whim i decided to just see what weight i could safely move without over-stressing.. 235 x 5 did feel unfortunately heavier than i imagined it would, but it wasnt too taxing.

I suposedly replaced 3x5 squating with MSEM to keep them buffered and minimize time under tension.
First session i did 3x1@90% and 2x1@95% , and i said 95 could be pushing it too much.
Next session i did 3x1@90% and... 3x1@100+%, jsut because i felt good. So now quad bugs again.![]()

ya after your reply and re-reading my AEL post, i stuck to the 125 lbs last night :f
i remember back before my temporary retirement, 225 felt like < 135 ... definitely feels heavy now, regardless of the fat that im going deeper.. my legs are nowhere as strong, but i think alot of that is mental, im just not mentally there to really push myself lower body (for now, eventually i will be).. so until then, light + high rep!
