ZMA does not help sleep that much. What helps sleep the MOST is getting one's mind right... that is having confidence in life, not being influenced by lies spread by society, and getting right with God the creator.  God exposed himself through the fact that things exist.  If things exist, there is something behind it.  Evolution is the biggest pile of crap out there and it is what is causing a lot of the trouble on earth.

Exactly man. If something exists, there is a reason for it. Completely agree. God works in mysterious ways. He provided us with science so that we may in fact prove that he in fact does not exist. That's why I love god's plan and my faith in our destiny. We are all puppets on a string, god just enjoys pulling them every nanosecond of the day. He has really impressive rhomboids, lats, and traps. I imagine he can face pull the entire stack at LA Fitness.

But I digress.

If everything happens for a reason, which it obviously does, then why do the antievolutionists discredit science & the overwhelmingly accepted idea of evolution? These facts have been provided to us by our creator. Why do some wish to deny the facts given to us by god almighty?

The new testament was bible 2.0. It's 2012, two thousand and 12 years passed the glorious birth of the almighty jesus christ our lord and savior. Unfortunately some people are still reading bible 2.0 when in fact we are on bible 2012.0. There's lots of reading to do, in the forms of science, math, logic & philosophy.

But I digress.

I found out today that I need a heart transplant. This is very unfortunate news because I'm going to have to rely on some silly doctor who believes in science to take the heart out of a recently dead person and put that organ inside of my body. What the heck? I told my pastor that I would rather just pray about it and he was adamant that I go see a doctor. Regardless, I'm asking for him to pray for me because obviously he can talk directly to god, and as long as his message actually reaches god, then I won't need a heart transplant. So i'm hoping the message reaches god before I have to rely on some silly doctor who does this for a living, prolonging life through advances in science.

So anyway I heard that there's this big hurricane and it's going to hit New York. Well obviously it's going to hit New York because they are sinners that's why the Yankees didn't make the World Series this year. Let's all pray for them.

Hyperdunk, i'm with you 100%.

Peace be with you my friend.

beast. how many military awards have YOU won?

wtf?

Quote
Stubby served with the 102nd Infantry, 26th (Yankee) Division in the trenches in France for 18 months and participated in four offensives and 18 battles. He entered combat on February 5, 1918 at Chemin des Dames, north of Soissons, and was under constant fire, day and night for over a month. In April 1918, during a raid to take Schieprey, Stubby was wounded in the foreleg by the retreating Germans throwing hand grenades. He was sent to the rear for convalescence, and as he had done on the front was able to improve morale. When he recovered from his wounds, Stubby returned to the trenches.
After being gassed himself, Stubby learned to warn his unit of poison gas attacks, located wounded soldiers in no man's land, and — since he could hear the whine of incoming artillery shells before humans could — became very adept at letting his unit know when to duck for cover. He was solely responsible for capturing a German spy in the Argonne. Following the retaking of Château-Thierry by the US, the thankful women of the town made Stubby a chamois coat on which were pinned his many medals. There is also a legend that while in Paris with Corporal Conroy, Stubby saved a young girl from being hit by a car. At the end of the war, Conroy smuggled Stubby home.

proud of you, blu. taking rest days and shit.

thanks blu.. who would have ever thought, adarqui taking rest days and staying really light on squat + also going below parallel on squat + focusing on upper body.. 2012 is real.

;d

but ya i needed the last 2 days off from lifting.. it seems i've fallen into a 4-5 days on, 2 days off rhythm, which I really enjoy atm..

i used to feel "incomplete" when I missed a training day.. couldn't sleep either.. now it doesn't phase me at all, because priority #1 is computers/programming, guac city.

peace man

how the hell do you get by my 4 hours of sleep? i do it often but i can tell a difference lifting compared to being well rested. i end up sleeping 16 hours on the weekend. think i would be delirious if i did that indefinitely without catching up on sleep on the weekends.

not sure, i just got used to it.. i've done it so much in the last ~year.. i definitely catch up on sleep though when i'm off, but i get around 8 and maybe a nap.. 16 is like hibernation lmao.

as of this thursday coming up, i'll be on a night shift handing network/security related issues. going to be fun-as-f**k.

my eyes would burn during this training schedule i've been on the last 2 weeks... the 8am-5pm schedule.. i bet i'll feel really good for this night shift, probably won't feel tired at all.. i have to force myself to sleep at ~3am when I have to wakeup around 7-8am.

peace man

injectable yams, the best kind.

asafa ran 11+ at 17? that seems unbelievable to me considering usa has h.s'rs running low 10's their senior year, then you never hear of them anymore.. maybe they go to football, i dont really follow them unless they show up in the trials/olympics.. do u have a link to his 11+ times at 17? just curious.. like is there official track meet info out there or is it something that's been passing around by other means?

hah ya, my fatigue was low, so on a whim i decided to just see what weight i could safely move without over-stressing.. 235 x 5 did feel unfortunately heavier than i imagined it would, but it wasnt too taxing.

had to test ;d

but ya, you're right.. that came a day or so after i posted that high rep reply in the Anti Ego Lifting Thread lmao.

Takes one to know one!

I suposedly replaced 3x5 squating with MSEM to keep them buffered and minimize time under tension.
First session i did 3x1@90% and 2x1@95% , and i said 95 could be pushing it too much.
Next session i did 3x1@90% and... 3x1@100+%, jsut because i felt good. So now quad bugs again.

:uhhhfacepalm:  :uhhhfacepalm:  :uhhhfacepalm:

AELSquad baby!!!

ahah.. at least we are ADMITTING THE PROBLEM.. this is similar to alcoholics anonymous, but instead, for athletes who repeatedly go against good judgement :D

ya after your reply and re-reading my AEL post, i stuck to the 125 lbs last night :f

i remember back before my temporary retirement, 225 felt like < 135 ... definitely feels heavy now, regardless of the fat that im going deeper.. my legs are nowhere as strong, but i think alot of that is mental, im just not mentally there to really push myself lower body (for now, eventually i will be).. so until then, light + high rep!

ael skwad.
