i see you don't you do calf raises, if you try 20 reps on it at 75% rm when i reach 12 it is a real killer and brutal.
you should try it  ;D

ya im just too lazy right now to do calve raises.. ;<

i found them very effective when jump training.. i definitely should be incorporating them but my workouts have been so small i just skip them.

pC@!

First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the socialists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.

hahahahaha, lol'd hard.. given the context of this thread & that epic quote.

russell westbrook was in the lane, with the bball, with 2 defenders...

gerald green's jump was a clean jump...

LOL , really?

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOzo4pHTZ-M" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOzo4pHTZ-M</a>

Also , draft measurements:

Russel Westbrook: 30'' SVJ , 36.5'' RVJ
Gerald Green : 31.5'' SVJ , 39'' RVJ

 :goodjobbro:

nice.. i think westrbook is getting up over 40 now tho for sure, some of his dunks have been psycho.. gerald green obviously getting up 40 or a little more too so they probably jump very similar.
