I read somewhere that after 47 minutes the cortisol level starts to build up pretty fast so...

Yea it does after a certain mount of time, but the "timer" would start after the first work set. I spend like 10-15 minutes just warming up for my squat. I'm sure those warm up sets don't stress my body at all to make cortisol levels rise.

something like that has happened to me in my dream too. my brother was going to hit me in my dream and in real life i moved my arm to block it and woke myself up.

whats the purpose of doing 315x10 before 405x10? wouldnt that just wear you out before your top set? I would suggest warming up properly for a 405x10 and then dropping down to 315x10

i see only bodybuilders do this kinda stuff, whereas powerlifters and olympic lifters pyramid the way I suggested.

i would love to start going extra heavy on calf raises but...

my right calf is still so much smaller than my left. and ive been training it exclusively for months on end. still hasnt caught up, but progress has been made.



what's your vertical looking like now?  i wanna know how much the calves have helped

ha i know in some ways its awesome.

my cousin was driving his unregistered car from USA overseas... cop stops him. he woulda had to pay a $5,000 fine and have his car impounded. my friend cousin him $25 bucks and the cop just said "this never happened" and left.

i cant seem to find a "hole" in the lateral side of the knee but I do in the medial side.

Also, Raptor, where exactly is you knee pain? What movements cause it?

I've pretty much eliminated all of my knee pain so maybe I can help.

bring a belt to the gym and put it through the hole in the plate. or through one of the handles if your plates have handles.

even better, if your gym has a belt for the lower back, attach a chain to it and put the chain through the plate
