Here is the whole contest. Whoever took the vid is weird and says some dumb shit and the end but he got the whole thing including misses and where Jwhite gets hurt.

Yea, he is one of the most powerful strikers ever in any combat sport.  I used to love watching his fights, he is highly underrated though, alot of people have never seen any of his fights.  Shame considering how fun he is to watch!

And as far as working the hip flexors in training, I like ghr straight leg weighted sit ups and different hanging leg and knee raise variations.  The dynamic work for the hip flexors occurs during things like hurdle jumps, tuck jumps,  box jumps, and of course sprinting and different skipping variants.

Well there are alot of different opinions on the hip flexors, in regards to jumping they are alot more important in single leg jumps than double leg.  They are definitely not the most important muscle group nor are they close to it, but in single leg jumping the hip flexors of the non jumping leg assist in driving the knee up, creating a lightening effect on the body.  In sprinting there were studies done that showed elite sprinters stride length was long enough due to the power created in each stride that being extremely quick on the "cycling" phase, or bringing the opposite knee up and through was not neccessary and in fact they had more time in this phase than slower sprinters due to the power created in each ground contact.  They are still important imo but not to the degree that was once thought, where alot of speed coaches were preaching hip flexors as the determining factor.  Having tight hip flexors inhibits the hell out of the glutes though so stretching and mobility is extremely important.

yep, I think it was all taken care of with $$$, shocking considering the upstanding citizens involved.  Im with you man, I used to love watching him fight, hes left handed, explosvie, talented and exciting to watch.  His downfall has always been what an idiot he acts like though, if he ever changes that he will be unbelievable.

what caused that? why did zab walk of and try to take his money etc? i actually remember seeing that now from way back... i don't understand why everyone freaked out.

Well, if you watch the way the chic was rolling she was laying down real close to the ground and people get pissed about that 'lay down" stuff and say its cheating.  He lost on a couple of the rolls and tried to take his money back and all hell broke loose.  His groupies actually did everything, he caught that one dude with a left and dropped him but they had that bully mentality that comes from being in a group with him.  I remeber reading somewhere that the kick that got shown clearly toward the end where zab kicked the guy on the ground was the most expensive part of that whole ordeal for him.

Yea Jab Judah is one of the most explosive fighters Ive ever seen at the lower weight classes.  He gave Mayweather hell until he fell apart mentally but his speed and explosiveness was sick.  Have you seen the vid of him playing dice and fighting on the street with his crew afterwards? Ill see if I can find it if you havent, I think its still up on youtube.

Yea, it was one sided the whole fight for sure.  Dos Santos had a few scrapes nothing major, but you could tell he was thinking what the hell do I have to do to get this guy out of here lol. He even threw a leg kick.  Roy kept trying to take him down though and he landed a couple of shots, but damn that dude has a chin!

I didnt know those boxing fights were tonight.  That sux when the judges do that shit but it happens alot.

Btw, what did the Johnson fight look like?

who was fighting? And yea, you missed a hell of a fight, Nelson couldnt take him down due to Dos Santos wrestling so had to stand with him and got hit cleanly 99,999,999 times with right uppercuts and right straights and kept pushing forward.  dos santos finally took him down for the points and started going to the body with his punches. Rogan had the quote of the night on one of the body shots that landed clean as fuck.... He said "thats like hitting a guy with 15 sweaters on in the stomach". lol

haha, I called everything exactly until the last couple of minutes and he started relaxing and sitting back in the guard.  Hearbroke isnt even enough to describe the feeling that dude must have right now, he won every single round convincingly including the final one, up until the last damn 3 or so min.  Crazy, oh I believe I said Fitch would win but make it a boring as fuck controlling fight haha :)  btw, did you see how much punishment Roy Nelson took and stayed in there? Thats from Dos Santos who koed damn near everyone in the first rd. lol.

Fuck, Sonnen looks sooooo much smaller than Silva at the weigh in even though Silva was 184 and he was 185.  Thiago Alves missed weight by 1/2 a pound like an idiot.  Anyway, Im logged in and ready to edit.
