Michael johnson on point about how bbc media has potrayed gatlin as the villain since he became a threat to bolt in 2015 even when in 2012 he was not booed. But This steven cram a commentator of bbc sport will continue with his hate against gatlin.
When will they learn this is not going to help clean the sport.

LOMA is really pissing me off with the show boating and tapping marriaga on the head etc.. LOMA is doing some Broner shit, really annoying.

honestly, hope he gets KTFO'd.

good fight though, Marriage is playing it very defensive but he's throwing bombs on occasion.

lol, ye i seen loma do that quite a few times in that fight. He also did that muhammad ali dance in the corner when foreman couldn't connect any punches lol. He hits mariaga lightly i think looking for openings, treats him like a heavy bag and then he would get in with aggression. He played it very defensive. Not much action this time.

I don't personally like drug cheats, but after paying his dues especially after the media keep attacking him as 2 time drug cheats, when the first one wouldn't really count it as intentional, but still you have to be very strict in everything. But after all he has done you can't keep attacking him.

I think the blame should be placed more the people giving the punishment that it should be life time ban, but the hard thing is to know he did it intentionally.

But ye good work from gatlin, usain has a good reaction but because he is tall the lean makes him slow down, so maybe coming upright a bit earlier may help him?

Coleman I don't know if he has the capabiities of getting below sub 9.8. But we'll see.
onto the relays for bolt.

YESSSS!!!!!!!! I am so happy for gatlin and feel bad for bolt. I didn't know gatlin had it in him but he managed to do it. It's just like the marquez win over pacquiao.

Gatlin deserved it over the negative booing from the crowd, this is a stick it moment to the crowd for booing him. Also that win he almost had before messing up and bolt winning, now gatlin finally wins and I am so pleased for him.

EDIT: I just found bolt came third, coleman second. Ah well Bolt still a legend but so happy for gatlin.

Why is degrasse not competing.  :uhhhfacepalm:

100m bolt may have had a bad start, but he seems to have a habit of doing this and I think it's just a strategy on his part to psyche the opponents.

It's going good so far.

He should have put him to sleep. This is failed trolling as he gets his ass handed to him.

I love that deontay wilder video, puts him on his ass and literally begging for his life. A lot of video he runs.

Man I loved the video of the guy in the previous post of the guy got him in a stranglehold. Zelenoff makes troll videos of him getting beat he posts videos of him failing and title is him failing. Ultimate troller. A good detox is that video of the guy choking him lol.

Seems paulie maybe quitting in his role as a sparring partner after all the ruckus that mcgregor team created releasing photo's of malignaggi on the ground and getting roughed up making it look like conor got the better of him.

Juan manuel marquez retires from boxing too and timothy bradley and possibly if tyson fury is telling the truth he is also retiring.
Besides tyson fury alot of great's finishing and alot of new great prospects joining.

Mornings are hard so always seem to get there later then preferred and leaving me with less time to do everything, this time i had 45 mins to fit everything in, which I managed to do buy increasing speed of movements of the lifts. RDL comfortable now. Last time I attempted pin 10 squats I got stuck. So this time I did pin 9 to get comfortable then with pin 10 I went down fast and then straight away up after hitting the pin with the bar. Calf raise on the floor harder than on edge of plate so will have to focus on that.

Lol, I saw that video a few days back. Quite a few boxers don't like him the way he asks questions and stuff lol. Especially the interview with mayweather after the victor ortiz fight. "If i was 50 years younger I would whoop your ass" lol.

I came late to gym so had 30 mins after stretch to finish my workout, took 35mins to complete the above. Doing calf raise on the floor is harder for me than on edge of plate, so will focus on that before progressing.
