Why don't you match reps? Like do left first and then easily match with right, or do right first and then rest-pause left to equal however you can?

left is always going to lag behind, for me... both seem to go up at the same rate in most lifts, except for overhead press, that's where my left really lags.

Did you lift 90lb DB's at 147 too? lol

i didn't really bench much at 147 so.. i remember doing 60's at some point.

hey,

sorry everyone... at least we didn't lose any data. Ok so, server 'broke', and had to wait on hosting to fix.. In the meantime, I was going to just force a migration to the new nodebb stuff, but I really don't want to do that right now, so much on my plate recently.. It's still on the todo list, can't wait, but for now this smf forum is still solid.

yooyoyo! i made some good progress with that but i'm a little side tracked lately... sucks!@$

ya im doing crazy low volume + high frequency (once a day).. already getting 'strong again'.. considering how much i sleep normally, i'm doing decent. hah
