Anyone experiencing a 'session timeout while posting' error? Or is it just me?

If so, that's probably from me adding GPBP back in (which doesn't work yet).

btw, you mean "bear with me." "bare with me" would be like this:

We've actually done this before........... I never learn when it comes to bear/bare. I guess i'm afraid of typing 'bear' due to the terrible history of 'bear' on irc. Btw..... I'm going to downvote you :D

edit: Shit it didn't work.

really adarq? getting on the fivefingers bandwagon now, of all times?

what's 'of all times' mean? people are hopping off that bandwagon? or just, ya why so late?

ya.. i've always wanted to try them.. Now that my nzwr's are nowhere to be found, i'm going to try out these two pair of shoes. I'm all about the minimalist running style; These nike's I bought from footlocker feel like concrete boots lul.

you still rock teh vibrams? I figured you'd have something to say about them :) You wear 'vibram socks'? or do you go bare foot?

pc dude.

Just copied over the current forum to a test directory, in hopes of working on goodpost/badpost tonight.. So ya, just letting you all know I definitely plan to get it back on the forum. I miss it.

I added a new vhost etc, .. If you guy's notice any weird problems let me know. Working in that other directory shouldn't interfere with the forum.

R.I.P good post bad post.

^ Or for example, 'whatsapp'. Erlang beastmode on the backend.

Ordering NZWR's right now... yeaa.

edit: Everywhere I go they are no longer in stock. fffffuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

In my search for NZWR's, I found a progression of blog posts:

http://birthdayshoes.com/nike-zoom-waffle-racer-vi-review

http://birthdayshoes.com/komodo:

http://birthdayshoes.com/new-balance-nb-minimus-trail-review

Those NB minimus trail's look very similar to NZWR's:

http://www3.newbalance.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-newbalance_us2-Site/default/Search-Show?q=minimus

Going to pick up a pair. We'll see if they live up & exceed or fall 'flat'. ;f

also nice:

Ending up ordering a pair of the NB minimus:

And the vibram biklia's:

Eager to finally try some vibram's.

debatable but i thought it was the right call, it looked like it hit his bicep.

such a shame for chile, they outplayed brazil and just couldn't put it together at the end. i think they should have kept attacking instead of settling black and playing for the shootout. oh well. here's hoping colombia torches brazil next week.

colombia looked goooooooood... incredibly goal by James.

COMPLEX :
C1 : HALF SQUAT:
5@127,5kg
5@127,5kg
-Awesome. Depth/control/form/speed, all great!
I dare to call those my best half-squats EVER, feels like  :personal-record:

C2: JUMP SQUAT:
2x5@20kgS
-Awesome. Still can't get over how light the bar feels, it is unrealistic.

 :ibsquatting:

damn dude, good stuff.

half squat + jump squat complex is such a gem too.

Just want to know during your dunk training stage around 2009-2011 the peak, did you study a course or degree in strength and conditioning to learn what you knew such as maximum beast method of 20 reps or was it through Google research cos you knew a lot back then and still have that knowledge.

http://www.adarq.org/bios/the-adarqui-bio/

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science (Florida Atlantic University)
- Associates of Arts in Computer Science (Broward Community College)

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT:
- Strength & Conditioning Coach : 2 years : Memorial Sportscenter.
- Trained athletes at all levels in strength, speed, explosiveness, agility, conditioning, and mass gain.

:o woh he's done it all beng in exercise science and 2 years as strength and conditioning coach,

nah.. 2 years isn't much when it comes to s&c.

wow, he should do coaching again the pay must be good,

nah.. The pay in the tech world (programming/engineering) greatly exceeds anything I would make in s&c. It's extremely hard to try and find a link between "s&c coach" and "millionaire". We could easily make a link between "programmers/software engineers" and "billionaire" though. Plus, I find tech more interesting. It was my "first passion" (other than basketball growing up). Started coding C in h.s. (9th grade) and became obsessed with UNIX. I turned to s&c around 2005 when I "misinterpreted the future" and decided to switch all of my goals. I love s&c don't get me wrong, .... but I'm a unix nerd at heart, so programming/software/networks stimulate my brain the most.

a good resume can approach sports companies and make big bucks. But it seems he has achieved everything.

I havn't achieved "much"... :F Transforming my athletics was definitely a legit achievement. This forum/motivating others is another.  However, I have ALOT more to do.. This last year has been settling in to the tech world, making my impact at the company I've worked for. There's so much more to do.

I have one project that I never really mentioned, it's been on my mind alot over the last few years. I want to open a "half boxing gym, half hacker dojo". The fusion of athletics and nerdom is something I'm very interested in. The same dedication/passion we bring to athletics/training carries over directly to our intellectual goals (which is where we will most likely see our career/financial success).

pC dude.
