4 x 500m 2 min rest in between (49,52,50 (i think), 48)
those times are not possible for 500m. they would be near-elite for 400m.
especially when he ran 14.41 the other day
well that goes without saying. i'd bet a large amount of money that no person has ever run 500m in even 52s, let alone 48.
edit: it appears that the indoor WR for 500m is 60.17s.

Is this the start of the greatest comeback since Lasse Viren in '72!?!

Talk about not accurate. Did the Weight scale test today.
The upper Grip test show 13.8%
and the the Weight scale test show 17.6%
average.... 15.7% + or - 10% is still on the high side..
Still flat-out ignoring advice I see. You can measure your body fat in 100 different ways and the answer will be the same: you have fat to lose!

Well like I said - if I were to keep the elbows high then my reach with the palms/fingers would be behind my back... somewhere around the trapezius. So that's where the bar should be in order for me to keep the elbows high. It's basically impossible to do with the bar on the shoulders.
I'm reading through t-nation articles about the subject...

Any other advice? I have very long forearms so the bar would have to sit in the middle of my neck if it is to stay on the fingers... but I'm also unflexible in the upperbody.
So who knows what my problems are.
