Sup folks.. So, cloudns.net fell apart today. It's still wrecked. I changed the dns info to something even more stable so hopefully that never happens again. Cloudns was pretty stable... That's the first issue I've ever had with it.

Ok, hope everything is ok now.

nah.. it's not that he performed bad.. it's that he could have done much better. Clottey is extremely skilled and had a great style to put up against pacquiao. He didn't do enough.

rematch was disappointing.. mostly on maidana's part IMO. Maidana just didn't 'bring it' as he did in the first fight.. I guess that was kind of expected though tbh. I don't think the ref breaking them up so fast/not warning floyd for holding had much of anything to do with the fight. Maidana had 2 rounds where he went apeshit; he was very effective. Mayweather was just too slick & fast. Was fun to watch from that perspective.

Weird about floyd reshuffling his team.

- ran intervals because i was cramping.. My intervals were approx a mile each, give or take. Ran three of them.
- lungs are matching legs now

going to keep pushing the pace.. get my speed way up for 3.5mi, basically specialize in it.

- fastest i've run so far.. felt great.

Trying to pick up my pace more consistently.. I think running slower actually makes me more sore. Picking up the pace has left me feeling fresher after/next day etc. I just run better when I run fast, I guess that's pretty obvious.

havn't journaled in the last 5 days.. basically, 5 days ago I ran, wrecked my calf.. took 2 days off. Ran yesterday/today. Really fast today, felt great :F

might get a membership to a boxing gym fairly soon... really looking forward to going in there and hitting the back & maybe jump roping etc.

There is also a high probably, i know we have heard this alot, but there have been talks, mayweathers camps have shown interest in pacquiao, showtime and hbo have shown their interest, roger wants the fight and there is a high possibility mayweather may face pacquiao after maidana early 2015.

i used to love clottey.. until he fought pacquiao.. no idea what the hell happened to him during that fight and after.

i'd love to see pbf wreck pac before he retires
