cramped up during my run today.. tried running as fast as possible, just had too big of a lunch.
need to stop eating lunch, feel better when i skip it. breakfast + dinner, i feel better.
1.3 mi run
- fast
- sprints, ~3-4 x ~100 or so
first time doing sprints in a LONG time.. felt great in vibrams.. wrecked me pretty bad though i'm ubertired.
