soreness = quads, calfs, traps, shoulders
traps/shoulders from armswing..
Session: Jog & Run
shoes: nbmt
~4 mi run:
- "full speed" heel strike runs mixed in with my jog @ ~6
- fairly brutal, lactic acid went way up, handled it decent though; kept some kind of pace jogging. Eventually i'd like to see if I could do some legit sprints mixed in while keeping a decent jogging pace.
Body feels it from those jumps yesterday.. all it took was a few. Don't feel that bad tho.
