Share them.

Right now this is my favourite pre-game mix, gets me goosebumps and ready at the same time.

Dang, those two sprinters are beast compared to pretty much everyone.
All the ball players look out of place, 'cept for Houston.
Swimmers ain't that ripped either, but BF might just help them out a bit so that's understandable.
Nice little photoshoot, most of them got beastly legs (GO SQUAT SON, F. YOUR CHEST SUPERSET)
They should do a new one with shaq vs Dwight vs Griffin and add Usain Bolt and Gay for instance, interested in their physiques (no homo).

ps. LMAO at Sczerbiak

Man i'm looking at your diet since the start of the month and i'm like  :uhhhfacepalm:
You seriously need to work in some vegetables or fruits somewhere in the dude - especially when you're cutting as hard as you are...your body can't be functioning optimally on that. It really ain't gonna do you any good in the long term!

CHUUURCH

Dude is raw.
Has a raw country flow so at first you'll be like 'eh, another T.I. ripoff',
but this dude has some amazing substance and does all the producing himself.
Highly recommend you check him out if you're in for some good, tought out music.
Go buy his album; K.R.I.T. Wuz here *cough

^BEASTED.

I do agree we might have to clear those progress trackers every month or cycle though.
So far I think it's a great tool, takes a bit of time but it provides motivation and overview.
The effort drips all over this stuff, just great.

Enough sweettalk, GET THAT SHIT MANG!`$*!@!

Hm, I see.
Put mine in the OG post but it's a bitch to switch back and forth between your new post and OG one right now.

We need to make sure we take as little time as possible logging etc though.
All that time could also be used resting/gearing yourself towards your goal.

shouldn't be too hard to program in excel, I mean, you already got huge diet excel files which are quite similar.
Have no clue how to fix that stuff though.

Just to be sure, you're going to update that last post every day? Or you making a new post every day?
Sucks having to go back to page 171 all the time imo
