Yeah this movie delivered.
I was expecting more ultra violence like Rambo but I was still happy.

Yeah I would, but I think you have to go into it with the right mind set. Like I said before, I was with my brothers, and we put on some 'theta' brainwave beats(idk if they work or not but I figured it couldn't hurt), and we just went into it with a positive attitude, hoping to gain some enlightenment.

I smoked some salvia before, it provided a very enlightening couple of hours for me.
This part only lasted ~10 minutes

wow dude lol! sick.. you remember anything from that experience? what was it like? what did you experience in that state?

peace

Well, my 2 brothers and I decided to do it one night. I went second, and man, I went to a different state of mind, I didn't know anything about my past/current self. I had a boxing glove on b/c my hand was healing from a fracture(I didn't want to hurt it while I was 'away'), and I went into the glove, like that became my earth, water and sky. Everything was cyclical, just kept repeating itself.  For me that represented my current life. Like you just keep repeating the same shit, day in and day out. When I came to, like 5-10 minutes later, I didn't know who I was. I kept repeating that I had just realized my existence. You just are.

Everytime you eat consume:
1 serving of protein(EAAs + EFAs)
1 serving of veggies(fiber + micronutrients)
1 serving of fruit(fiber + micronutrients + low GI carbs)
1 serving of healthy fats(EFA + fiber(nuts) + lowers GI of meal)

The fulcrum is your hip joint, not your low back.

Better, but try to keep a neutral spine, you're in anterior pelvic tilt.

It's different where ever they are from, you have Abadjiev and Broz with the ultra high frequency/high intensity training, and then you have the 'Russian' conjugate(?) method.
There's many roads to Rome.

besides practicing the o-lifts what kind of training do these guys do, their entire body is huge, are they doing some benching, pull ups, etc?  how does it work?

IMO, exercises are simply indicators of where you are weak.
Get stronger/better on the important exercises/drills that are relevant to your sport.
