good game. had a massive fight with my mom before the game where she threw one of my trophies at me. so i ran to her and cornered her into a wall and threatened to beat the shit out of her. my head was shaking so much as i was doing this. level 7 for sure.

how important is the upper body in a slrvj? i couldnt find anything about it in the toolbox and kelly b wrote in his sl jumpers article that mass gain in other areas besides ham,quad,glute,calf is not beneficial to slrvj. should upper be trained if only goal is to improve slrvj?

wtf i took a 20min nap and had another dream. im at this basketball camp. all of the kids there are extremely shitty. 1 of the counselors/coaches is my hs gym teacher who coaches girls basketball. another is a black guy that i recognize in prior dreams but im not sure from which one. i think i had a dream where i was reading about this black guy who is a counselor here. he is known for his weird sense of fashion and was apparently a good baller when he was young. hes like 25 tho. another counselor is a friend of mine who played d1 college basketball and started as a sophmore at syracuse and was a counselor/coach at a camp i went to when i first met him ~3 years ago. so anyway, we go inside this big gym with the lights off and play knockout. there was like 20 kids so there was 10 on each basket and if u survived on one basket, ud have to run top the other basket.etc. the weird thing was that there was no lines when i was playing. when i would run to the next basket, i was always up. somehow, after like 3 rounds, there was me and one shitty basketball player left. he went first and was terrible but i had 5 chances to defeat him (1 free throw and 4 layups) but i missed all of them somehow. then when he finally made his layup, i made my layup. but nobody won the knockout game because he shot first. btw this dream was all in a pitch black gym, couldnt see very well.

ok me and some friends are driving somewhere to this rural area. we are renting a condo in the middle of nowhere. looking back on it, i realize that 1 of the passengers sounds like andrew darqui. anyway, im driving and im eating a snickers bar. (i cant even remember the last time i had a candy bar)  so anyway, while driving, i turn around and say, "its good for vert." then all of a sudden, i turn into one of those people who have a face that resembles a rabbit. i lose control of the car and crash into a pole. as a result of the crash, all of the passengers become mexican somehow. so now we have 4 mexicans and a rabbit. when we get to the condo, we insist on building a volleyball net because in my dream, mexicans love volleyball similar to the black people eating watermelon stereotype. then i remember hopping around the backyard, altho i was traveling like a kangaroo.

You do realize there probably aren't 80,000 athletes in all American professional sports combined?

Well, ask Adam. Probably a good way for implementing that over time is the pen drill (by the way - any idea why it's named the "pen" drill?).
