Solid!

Watching those front squats makes me want to go and try some. I might start trying to do them once a week as an accessory lift. I haven't done them for years but I remember they seemed to have great carry over to vertical and would really hit my core.

imagine having stats like that.. loool.

Running a 4.4 is awesome but at 227lbs is insane. The most impressive 40 I've ever seen is Chris Johnson. Running 4.2 at 200lbs+ and he had great longevity with his career.

Tanner Muse 6'2 227lbs and ran a 4.41 at the NFL combine, 20 reps of 225lbs bench and a 34.5 inch vertical. Ended up getting drafted as a linebacker for the Raiders in the 3rd round at pick 100.

Season has already started but I'm looking forward to seeing the Saints play!

Edit- It's weird seeing the Raiders as Las Vegas, as I've only ever known them as the Oakland Raiders!!!

yea man 3:30 is no joke... anything around there or under is medal contention. he's in great form right now.. this would be olympics peaking time also - crazy. seems like so many people are peaking right now.

surprised af that Barega got 3:32.. holy shit. dude is a 5k guy.

crazy.

runners are nuts.

Yeah it was a fast race. The first five finishers all got PBs.

I didn't plan on doing 200kg twice but I ended up doing it a second time because the first time I filmed the camera was blurry. In the heat of the moment I decided to do it a second time after about 60 seconds rest. Not the smartest decision but I still pulled off the lift.

Treadmill-

New Australian record in the 3000m. 7 minutes 28.02 seconds, which is the 17th fastest 3000m of all time.

Uganda's Jacob Kiplimo claimed the victory in 7:26.64 - the fastest time in the world this year - and Norwegian Jakob Ingebritsen (7:27.05) was second.

yea i saw that. pretty sick.

some seriously fast times being run this year. olympics woulda been nuts.. wondering if they'll be able to "peak again" for next year.

jakob still crushing it.

Stewart Mcsweyn is in career best form. He just broke another Australian National Record in the 1500m at the Wanda Diamond League in Doha in a time of 3:30:51! If he keeps improving he might have a chance of a medal at the Olympics.

Herro, 2nd most points ever in a playoff game by someone 20 or younger. potentially useless stat, but not really. kid is legit !

Anyone who scores 37 points in a NBA final is a legit baller!

Nice job on the 105kgx13 squat. You grinded out the last couple reps like a boss!
