full plantar flexion extending on to big toe
ah, the impossible dream. after i dunk, i'll make sure my gravestone reads "dunked a basketball without full use of his big toes."
ETA: have you thought about going back to more traditional shoes for SL jumping? your feet are taking a beating from running, i imagine, and SL jumping is about as challenging an activity as there is for feet.
On a positive note, I am the most ripped I have ever been in my life.
once i can dunk i think i'm going to make getting jacked my next goal. would be fun to be shredded and 10 pounds heavier than i currently am.

near-PR off one step (33+), dunked mini soccer ball with first four-step jump,
all downhill after that.
about 45 minutes total, still not quite right health-wise but i think i'll feel normal tomorrow.
