~3.4 mi run

WRECKED my foot.. was running at a moderate pace and stepped hard on a large thorn.. went right through my vibrams and 'deep' into my foot.. pulling it out was not easy, it was really in there.. thankfully it still had the branch attached to it otherwise i would have been in a very bad situation HEH!

hurts fairly bad right now.. have to make sure it isn't infected etc.

this championship (GWS/CLE) has been so fun to watch. lebron isn't shooting a high percentage but triple doubles basically every game is pretty ridiculous.

are you doing negatives (i.e. close with both hands, release off hand and resist opening as much as possible) or anything else with the CoC?

nah not yet.. my weak girly hands are feeling it enough as-is with the normal crushes. Right hand has improved alot, left still weak. I'll need to eventually do negatives with the #1 in order to crush that. I have a filed down Trainer, #1, and #2. :F

- R=20, L=12 (should have rested after the R=20 set)

CoC Trainer crushes:
- R/L: got a 'nearly' full crush for both hands. R obviously stronger

i don't think i journaled a few sessions.. 7 mi run and 3 mi run.. overall, slow/shitty.

- got in some nice 'max effort sprints'
- ankle sore though

session 2: ng pullup/bar dip "holds"
- max rep and then just hold at the top
- good stuff
