i don't think i journaled a few sessions.. 7 mi run and 3 mi run.. overall, slow/shitty.

soreness= none
session: run + lift (lool)
run: ~3.4 mi
- slow.. running in shoes sucks.. miss my vibrams. will probably run in them tomorrow.
S1: ssbar squat:
- 75 @ 10
- 125 @ 10
- felt good.. legs feeling it hah.
S1: single arm db bench press:
- 50 lb @ 1 x 10, R=13 + L=10
S1: single arm db row:
- 50 lb @ 2 x 12
captain of crush gripper:
- trainer @ ~5 crushes each hand
- basically got it closed right hand
- no closes with left hand
