If you can grab rim with both hands you should be able to dunk assuming you can palm a basketball. It sounds like you've got a strong vertical, but you have poor reactivity. On the bright side you're only 15 so you'll probably end up being 6'4 and able to dunk easily due to height/reach.

So much for training on the weekend!
I had some friends travel down from interstate so went on a bender from Friday night until Monday night. It was good catching up with old friends though. My friends that I caught up with on the weekend were guys I used to play rugby with who now all play interstate in Brisbane. I do missing playing rugby mainly for the social side of it. I don't miss feeling like I've just been hit by a car every morning after I wake up after a game so it's a hard call.

That's the hard thing with a sport you used to play. It's often hard to remember the entire picture and not just the good times.

Yeah if rugby was a summer sport (ideally played on nights/evenings) I would still play. Apart from the physicality I just completely hate winter and the cold/wet so that's another reason why I don't really miss playing as stupid as that might sound to people who have no issues with winter.

Squat-
60x5
82.5x5
102.5x5x2
82.5x10

Chin Ups-
8x3

Assisted Pull-Ups-
13

It's been a long week. I don't have much motivation atm just due to general life stuff going on. Hopefully once the weather warms up I'll have more motivation to go outside and so running or play pick up.

11.93 isn't too bad. At least you are sub 12.

 :( Sorry for your loss!

I hate drugs. I grew up in a low socioeconomic area and half my friends ended up involved with drugs. When I was in high school I lost a friend to an overdose. He took fantasy and had a few beers (alcohol + fantasy is a lethal combination) and he went to sleep and suffocated in his own vomit. My friends that haven't passed away have just wasted their potential by being drug fucked or locked up. Ice especially is pretty much an epidemic in Australia atm. It's such an easy drug to get addicted to, but people are just either ignorant or peer pressured into trying it socially and it spirals downwards from there.
